深潛器觀察窗力學(xué)性能分析及結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展越來越受到陸上資源日益減少的制約,海洋作為人類發(fā)展的第二大空間,深海資源的開發(fā)利用則成為了當(dāng)代各國競爭的熱點(diǎn)。開展對深海領(lǐng)域的探索,努力提高我國海洋資源的開發(fā)能力,積極發(fā)展海洋經(jīng)濟(jì),對于堅(jiān)決維護(hù)我國的海洋權(quán)益、建設(shè)海洋強(qiáng)國具有重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。深海載人潛水器是人類開發(fā)海洋空間的一種最為有效的手段,是海底資源的探索、海底任務(wù)執(zhí)行的必要設(shè)備,同時(shí)也是保護(hù)海洋空間的重要舉措,因此深海載人潛水器的開發(fā)和研制是具有深遠(yuǎn)意義的戰(zhàn)略性前沿高科技。深海載人潛水器的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)之一是如何使其開口結(jié)構(gòu)部分具有足夠的安全可靠性。隨著下潛深度的加大,整個(gè)潛水器的外海水壓力隨之增加,這就對開口結(jié)構(gòu)部分的的結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度以及密封性能提出了相當(dāng)高的要求。潛水器的開口結(jié)構(gòu)主要分為供工作人員使用的觀察窗口和出入艙口兩種樣式。本文主要針對深海載人潛水器的觀察窗結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行討論;趶椝苄粤W(xué)的分析計(jì)算方法與接觸面力學(xué)的相關(guān)理論,并結(jié)合ANSYS有限元軟件,對觀察窗與窗座之間的接觸面進(jìn)行研究分析,探究其在不同摩擦系數(shù)下的應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變情況;基于聚類分析的理論對接觸面上施加的摩擦系數(shù)進(jìn)行分類,按照分類得到的結(jié)果分段施加到接觸面上,探討接觸面的承載情況,得到更為優(yōu)化的觀察窗接觸面形式;針對潛水器觀察窗的軸向應(yīng)力的求解,基于BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的理論方法,提出了觀察窗的神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)求解辦法,并與ANSYS有限元的求解結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比,這樣就突破了以往只局限于使用有限元仿真進(jìn)行求解的方法;文章的最后提出了一種新型的球扇形觀察窗的結(jié)構(gòu),與球扇形觀察窗在應(yīng)力應(yīng)變、接觸面力學(xué)性及光學(xué)性能方面進(jìn)行了綜合分析和對比,論證了新型觀察窗的可行性。本文針對潛水器觀察窗結(jié)構(gòu)所使用的分析方法、結(jié)論及結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化方案對深海探測裝備的設(shè)計(jì)具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The development of the world economy is more and more restricted by the decreasing of the land resources. As the second space of human development, the exploitation and utilization of the deep-sea resources has become the hot spot of the competition of the contemporary countries. It is of great strategic significance to carry out the exploration in the deep sea field, to improve the exploitation ability of our country's marine resources and to develop the marine economy actively, which is of great strategic significance for firmly safeguarding our country's marine rights and interests and building a powerful marine country. Deep-sea manned submersibles are the most effective means of human exploitation of marine space, the exploration of seabed resources, the necessary equipment for the implementation of seabed missions, and the important measures to protect marine space, Therefore, the development and development of deep-sea manned submersible is a strategic frontier high-tech with far-reaching significance. One of the key technologies of deep-sea manned submersible is how to make its open structure have enough safety and reliability. With the increase of the depth of diving, the external sea pressure of the whole submersible increases, which puts forward a very high requirement for the structural strength and sealing performance of the open structure part. The opening structure of the submersible is mainly divided into two types: the observation window and the access hatch for the staff. This paper mainly discusses the structure of observation window of deep-sea manned submersible. Based on the analysis and calculation method of elastic-plastic mechanics and the related theory of contact surface mechanics, and combined with ANSYS finite element software, the contact surface between observation window and window seat is studied and analyzed, and the stress and strain under different friction coefficient are explored. Based on the theory of cluster analysis, the friction coefficient applied on the contact surface is classified and applied to the contact surface according to the results obtained from the classification, and the bearing capacity of the contact surface is discussed, and a more optimized form of the contact surface of the observation window is obtained. Aiming at the solution of axial stress of the observation window of submersible vehicle, based on the theory and method of BP neural network, the method of neural network solution of observation window is put forward, and the result is compared with that of ANSYS finite element method. In the end of this paper, a new structure of spherical fan window is proposed, and the stress and strain of the spherical fan window are analyzed. The mechanical and optical properties of the contact surface are analyzed and compared, and the feasibility of the new observation window is demonstrated. In this paper, the analysis method, conclusion and structure optimization scheme for the structure of the observation window of the submersible are of certain reference value for the design of the deep-sea exploration equipment.
