【摘要】：隨著山海關(guān)船廠船舶項(xiàng)目規(guī)模及數(shù)量的擴(kuò)大,項(xiàng)目管理各目標(biāo)之間存在的矛盾也隨之增加。為避免在項(xiàng)目管理中單純追求某一指標(biāo)的優(yōu)化,而忽略項(xiàng)目整體效益的最大化,企業(yè)需要開(kāi)展項(xiàng)目多目標(biāo)集成管理。因此,對(duì)集成管理活動(dòng)的有效評(píng)價(jià)變得至關(guān)重要。只有通過(guò)全面的分析評(píng)價(jià),企業(yè)才能有的放矢的改進(jìn)集成管理方案,提升項(xiàng)目整體的實(shí)施效果。本文結(jié)合山海關(guān)船廠項(xiàng)目管理現(xiàn)狀,建立以安全、質(zhì)量、費(fèi)用、工期為決策目標(biāo)的多目標(biāo)集成管理指標(biāo)體系,利用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法構(gòu)建評(píng)價(jià)模型。通過(guò)對(duì)多目標(biāo)集成管理方案的事前評(píng)價(jià),幫助山海關(guān)船廠選擇并完善最佳管理方案,進(jìn)而改善企業(yè)集成管理的應(yīng)用狀況。首先,論文對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者在項(xiàng)目管理、目標(biāo)管理、集成管理等方面的研究成果進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性地梳理,在總結(jié)山海關(guān)船廠項(xiàng)目集成管理的現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,分析目前集成管理存在的問(wèn)題及成因,進(jìn)而確定論文的研究思路和重點(diǎn)。其次,對(duì)山海關(guān)船廠項(xiàng)目多目標(biāo)集成管理進(jìn)行分析,建立項(xiàng)目多目標(biāo)集成管理評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,其中包含安全、質(zhì)量、費(fèi)用、工期四個(gè)一級(jí)決策目標(biāo),并由一級(jí)指標(biāo)分解擴(kuò)展出十八個(gè)二級(jí)執(zhí)行層目標(biāo),并對(duì)所有指標(biāo)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性分析。最后,依托多目標(biāo)集成管理評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,構(gòu)建山海關(guān)船廠多目標(biāo)集成管理評(píng)價(jià)模型。利用層次分析法確定各目標(biāo)指標(biāo)權(quán)重;利用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法構(gòu)建山海關(guān)船廠項(xiàng)目多目標(biāo)集成管理評(píng)價(jià)模型,對(duì)集成管理方案進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)分析,選擇出最佳方案,并對(duì)方案的不足提出改善建議。
[Abstract]:With the enlargement of the scale and quantity of the ship project in Shanhaiguan Shipyard, the contradictions among the objectives of the project management also increase. In order to avoid purely pursuing the optimization of a certain index in the project management and neglecting the maximization of the overall benefit of the project, the enterprise needs to carry out the multi-objective integrated management of the project. Effectiveness evaluation becomes very important. Only through comprehensive analysis and evaluation can the enterprise improve the integrated management scheme and enhance the overall implementation effect of the project. Through the pre-evaluation of multi-objective integrated management scheme, Shanhaiguan Shipyard can select and perfect the best management scheme, and then improve the application of integrated management. First, the paper systematically analyzes the research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars in project management, target management, integrated management and other aspects. On the basis of summarizing the present situation of integrated management of Shanhaiguan Shipyard project, this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes of the integrated management, and then determines the research ideas and key points of the paper. Secondly, it analyzes the multi-objective integrated management of Shanhaiguan Shipyard project, and establishes the evaluation index system of multi-objective integrated management of the project, which includes safety. Four first-level decision-making objectives of quality, cost and time limit of a project are established, and eighteen second-level execution objectives are expanded from the first-level index decomposition, and all the indicators are analyzed systematically. Finally, relying on the multi-objective integrated management evaluation index system, the multi-objective integrated management evaluation model of Shanhaiguan Shipyard is constructed. Gray relational analysis method is used to construct the multi-objective integrated management evaluation model of Shanhaiguan Shipyard project. The integrated management scheme is evaluated and analyzed, and the best scheme is selected.
