【摘要】：針對(duì)MISUZU-BOLL型燃油自動(dòng)沖洗濾器無法自動(dòng)沖洗、沖洗不完全問題,結(jié)合反沖洗濾器的工作原理,解體反沖洗電磁閥,查明反沖洗電磁閥閥芯行程變小、橡皮墊圈變形導(dǎo)致濾器無法自動(dòng)沖洗,采用增大反沖洗電磁閥的閥芯行程、增大橡皮墊圈強(qiáng)度等方法解決故障,通過改進(jìn)燃油反沖洗濾器電路控制系統(tǒng),換用壓縮空氣為沖洗介質(zhì)等方法實(shí)現(xiàn)沖洗完全,實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)備工作穩(wěn)定和主機(jī)的安全運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem that MisUZU-BOLL fuel oil automatic flushing filter cannot be automatically flushed and the washing is incomplete, combined with the working principle of backwash filter, the backwash solenoid valve is disintegrated, and the valve core stroke of backwash solenoid valve is found to be smaller. The distortion of rubber washer can not automatically flush the filter. By increasing the valve core stroke of backwash solenoid valve and increasing the strength of rubber washer, the trouble is solved, and the circuit control system of fuel oil backwash filter is improved. Using compressed air as the washing medium, the washing is complete, the work of the equipment is stable and the main engine is running safely.
