【摘要】:隨著中國船舶制造業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,我國的整體規(guī)劃中明確指出要壯大中國的船舶工業(yè)綜合實力,包括硬實力和軟實力的雙重提升。青島擁有船舶工業(yè)發(fā)展的得天獨厚的地理條件,是環(huán)渤海灣地區(qū)的船舶工業(yè)發(fā)展中心,被國家作為重點扶持和建設(shè)的項目。青島揚帆正地處青島的船舶工業(yè)發(fā)展核心地帶,青島揚帆的發(fā)展擁有了巨大的機遇,同時也承擔著競爭風險。因此,青島揚帆要發(fā)展壯大,不但要明確自身的優(yōu)勢和劣勢,而且要分析國際、國內(nèi)、行業(yè)的各種信息,梳理出青島揚帆的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標,本文正是對這一課題進行了研究。本文研究的基本理論和方法是競爭戰(zhàn)略理論,運用相關(guān)現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理理論,結(jié)合多種分析方法和分析模型,例如SWOT分析法、競爭結(jié)構(gòu)分析等,通過綜合分析市場、船型選擇、競爭對手、客戶需求、內(nèi)外部條件,對企業(yè)內(nèi)外部進行了分析,確定青島揚帆公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標以及競爭戰(zhàn)略。本文分析了目前造船的環(huán)境情況,明確了中國造船的市場廣闊前景。分析了國內(nèi)外造船市場,明確了目前中國造船的優(yōu)劣勢。目前,國內(nèi)主要船廠正在調(diào)整戰(zhàn)略以主動的參與造船的競爭,分析和選擇了適合青島揚帆現(xiàn)階段建造的船舶類型。對目前的競爭對手進行了詳細的分析。對青島揚帆做了優(yōu)劣勢分析。青島揚帆的優(yōu)勢主要集中在硬件方面,擁有一流的造船裝備、優(yōu)質(zhì)的客戶資源、優(yōu)越的地理環(huán)境、技能素質(zhì)較高的產(chǎn)業(yè)工人;同時青島揚帆的劣勢也很明顯,相對落后的基礎(chǔ)管理、人力資源配置不合理、關(guān)鍵人員流失較多。通過多種因素分析,深刻剖析青島揚帆的現(xiàn)狀,制定青島揚帆的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和目標。并通過策略的謀劃,制定了青島揚帆的戰(zhàn)略實施措施。(1)品牌制勝;(2)成本領(lǐng)先;(3)生產(chǎn)管理;(4)經(jīng)營目標;(5)財務(wù)管理;(6)人力資源管理等措施等。通過對青島揚帆造船的深層次戰(zhàn)略剖析,進行有意義的戰(zhàn)略研究,為青島揚帆的決策層提供準確、及時的決策依據(jù),促進青島揚帆的迅速崛起。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of China's shipbuilding industry, it is clearly pointed out in our country's overall plan that the comprehensive strength of China's shipbuilding industry should be strengthened, including the dual promotion of hard power and soft power. Qingdao has unique geographical conditions for the development of shipbuilding industry. It is the center of shipbuilding industry development in Bohai Bay region and is supported and constructed by the state. Qingdao sail is located in the core of Qingdao shipbuilding industry development, Qingdao sail development has a huge opportunity, but also bear the risk of competition. Therefore, in order to develop Qingdao sail, not only its own advantages and disadvantages should be defined, but also various information of international, domestic and industry should be analyzed, and the development strategy goal of Qingdao sail should be sorted out. The basic theory and method studied in this paper are competitive strategy theory, using relevant modern enterprise management theory, combining various analytical methods and models, such as SWOT analysis, competitive structure analysis, etc., through comprehensive analysis of market, ship type selection, etc. Competitors, customer needs, internal and external conditions, internal and external analysis of the enterprise, determine the development of Qingdao sail company strategic objectives and competitive strategy. In this paper, the environment of shipbuilding is analyzed, and the broad market prospect of shipbuilding in China is defined. This paper analyzes the shipbuilding market at home and abroad, and clarifies the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese shipbuilding at present. At present, the main shipyards in China are adjusting their strategies to participate in the competition of shipbuilding, and to analyze and select the types of ships suitable for Qingdao to build at the present stage. The present competitors are analyzed in detail. The advantages and disadvantages of sailing in Qingdao are analyzed. Qingdao's advantages are mainly focused on hardware, with first-class shipbuilding equipment, high-quality customer resources, superior geographical environment, and highly skilled industrial workers. At the same time, Qingdao's weakness in hoisting sails is also very obvious. Relatively backward basic management, unreasonable allocation of human resources, loss of key personnel. Through the analysis of various factors, the present situation of sailing in Qingdao is deeply analyzed, and the development strategy and goal of sailing in Qingdao are formulated. Through the planning of the strategy, the measures of strategic implementation of Qingdao sails, I. e., 1) brand winning, 2) cost leading 3) production management, 5) financial management, 6) human resource management and so on, are worked out. Through the deep strategic analysis of sailing shipbuilding in Qingdao, a meaningful strategic study is carried out to provide an accurate and timely decision basis for the decision-making level of Qingdao sail, and to promote the rapid rise of Qingdao sail.
