基于零維燃燒模型的二沖程船用柴油機性能預測

【摘要】:基于模型的柴油機性能預測可有效降低電控系統(tǒng)設計與標定成本.為此,采用純燃燒產(chǎn)物與缸內氣體總質量的比值描述工質的成分,改進了掃氣模型及整個柴油機工作過程模型.通過引入燃燒產(chǎn)物所占比例改進了零維燃燒模型中的反應速率模型,建立了燃燒模型與掃氣質量的聯(lián)系.同時將擴散燃燒模型進行了簡化和整合,使其能夠響應多次噴射.結合燃油噴射模型,建立了一種基于零維燃燒模型的性能預測模型,該模型可響應噴油規(guī)律和缸內工質狀態(tài)的變化.以某大型低速船用柴油機為例進行了仿真,計算結果與試驗數(shù)據(jù)吻合良好,計算速度滿足實時仿真要求,可用于柴油機電控系統(tǒng)設計與標定、性能優(yōu)化等領域.
[Abstract]:The performance prediction of diesel engine based on model can effectively reduce the cost of design and calibration of electronic control system. Therefore, the ratio of pure combustion product to the total mass of the gas in the cylinder is used to describe the composition of the working fluid, and the scavenging model and the working process model of the diesel engine are improved. The reaction rate model in the zero-dimensional combustion model was improved by introducing the proportion of combustion products, and the relationship between the combustion model and the scavenging quality was established. At the same time, the diffusion combustion model is simplified and integrated to enable it to respond to multiple injection. Combined with the fuel injection model, a performance prediction model based on the zero-dimension combustion model is established. The model can respond to the changes of the injection law and the working fluid state in the cylinder. Taking a large low-speed marine diesel engine as an example, the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental data, and the calculation speed can meet the real-time simulation requirements. It can be used in the design and calibration of diesel engine electronic control system, performance optimization and so on.
