中國界河電子航行圖技術(shù)的研究

【摘要】:我國邊防界河、界湖眾多,界河航道的岸線、水深、航標、跨江建筑等情況復雜多變;礙航物、淺灘水域多,且位置尚不明了,不但給界河航行安全帶來極大的隱患,而且也降低了界河通航效率。當前大部分界河沒有水深等航道數(shù)據(jù),僅較小一部分界河的某些河段有航道管理部門提供的航道圖數(shù)據(jù),在界河航行的邊防巡邏艇沒有相應的地理信息系統(tǒng)作為參考,沒有精準的定位方法,對周邊的地理信息、河床底質(zhì)、水深變化等沒有可依靠的數(shù)據(jù)支持。當河道發(fā)生改變時,仍然采用最為原始探深的辦法進行航行,全憑經(jīng)驗進行航路探視。因此,從邊防巡邏艇在中國界河內(nèi)的航行需求,現(xiàn)場監(jiān)管等的角度,迫切需要得到準確、豐富的電子航行圖數(shù)據(jù)的支持。首先,本課題通過對中國界河的特點進行分析,結(jié)合邊防巡邏艇在界河航行的信息需求得出了中國界河電子航行圖的信息需求,提出了中國界河電子航行圖系統(tǒng)的三大功能:水深的動態(tài)變化、等深線隨水深變化的動態(tài)生成以及航道邊界線隨水位漲落的動態(tài)變化。其次,由于中國界河電子航行圖系統(tǒng)是一個從航行信息的采集、信息的傳輸、制作與更新都獨立完成的系統(tǒng),這完全區(qū)別于電子海圖的生產(chǎn)者與使用者不統(tǒng)一的模式。因此系統(tǒng)設計包括了從信息的采集、傳輸?shù)胶叫袌D的制作與更新的整個流程,并且詳細闡述了界河航行信息的采集方式、傳輸方式和電子航行圖的制作方式。再次,系統(tǒng)設計完成后,對中國界河電子航行圖的水深動態(tài)變化、等深線動態(tài)生成以及航道邊界線隨水位漲落的自動變化這三項關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進行了研究,并且對這幾項關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進行了編程仿真驗證,驗證了研究成果的正確性。
[Abstract]:There are many border rivers and lakes in our country, and the waterfront, water depth, navigation marks and cross-river buildings of the border river channel are complex and changeable; the navigation obstructions, many shoals, and the location are still unclear, which not only bring great hidden dangers to the navigation safety of the border rivers,It also reduces the navigation efficiency of the boundary river.At present, most of the border rivers do not have waterway data such as water depth, and only a small part of some reaches of the boundary rivers have the channel map data provided by the waterway management department. The border patrol boats sailing in the border rivers do not have corresponding geographic information systems for reference.There is no accurate positioning method, and no reliable data support for the surrounding geographic information, river bed bottom, water depth change and so on.When the river course changes, it still uses the most original method of navigation, all based on experience to access the route.Therefore, from the point of view of navigation demand and on-site supervision of frontier patrol boats in China, it is urgent to obtain accurate and abundant electronic navigation chart data.First of all, by analyzing the characteristics of China's border rivers and combining the information needs of border patrol boats navigating along the border rivers, this paper obtains the information requirements of the electronic navigation map of China's border rivers.Three main functions of the electronic navigation map system for boundary rivers in China are presented: the dynamic variation of water depth, the dynamic generation of isobath with water depth and the dynamic change of waterway boundary line with the fluctuation of water level.Secondly, because the electronic navigation chart system of China boundary river is a system which is independent from the collection, transmission, production and update of navigation information, it is completely different from the unified mode of producer and user of electronic chart.Therefore, the system design includes the whole process from the collection of information, transmission to the making and updating of navigation map, and expounds in detail the collection mode, transmission mode and electronic navigation map making mode of navigation information of boundary river.These key technologies are verified by programming and simulation, and the correctness of the research results is verified.
