【摘要】：在目前基于Tribon的船舶生產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì)中,船體零件信息分散記錄在多個(gè)文件中,加工工藝信息在二維設(shè)計(jì)視圖中僅以文字標(biāo)注形式顯示,既不利于工藝信息的觀察,也不利于設(shè)計(jì)人員的檢查校驗(yàn)。為保證零件工藝符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并提高校驗(yàn)效率,零件工藝信息可視化校驗(yàn)方法的研究具有重要意義。本文針對(duì)船體零件工藝信息可視化應(yīng)用技術(shù),首先對(duì)船體零件工藝信息進(jìn)行了分析,通過TAB文件找出分段DBF文件與零件DXF文件的映射關(guān)系,進(jìn)而建立了零件生產(chǎn)信息與外形工藝信息的映射關(guān)系；其次研究了船體零件工藝信息可視化校驗(yàn)方法,確定了平面外形工藝信息以及局部三維立體校驗(yàn)的方案；最終,開發(fā)了.NET環(huán)境下船體零件工藝信息可視化校驗(yàn)軟件。本文借助面向?qū)ο蟮某绦蛘Z言,解決了三個(gè)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)：零件信息的數(shù)字化描述對(duì)象的研究與定義、Windows窗體開發(fā)平臺(tái)下零件平面設(shè)計(jì)圖形的繪制方案、采用OpenGL繪制坡口三維示意圖形進(jìn)行局部校驗(yàn)。在.NET環(huán)境的Windows窗體應(yīng)用開發(fā)平臺(tái)下,進(jìn)行了零件工藝信息可視化校驗(yàn)研究及軟件開發(fā)。開發(fā)的可視化校驗(yàn)軟件通過導(dǎo)入某分段下零件信息數(shù)據(jù)庫文件以及描述零件圖形的繪圖交換文件,實(shí)現(xiàn)了文件的解析,建立了包含多項(xiàng)工藝屬性要求的零件工藝信息數(shù)據(jù)描述對(duì)象。通過參數(shù)計(jì)算和轉(zhuǎn)換,利用圖像設(shè)備接口GDI+以及專業(yè)三維圖形程序接口OpenGL完成零件預(yù)覽圖的繪制,并且能提供零件基本信息的顯示,方便設(shè)計(jì)人員可以在軟件中瀏覽該分段下所有數(shù)控套料的零件的基本信息、外形尺寸信息以及加工工藝信息,為設(shè)計(jì)人員提供了便捷完善的操作平臺(tái),能提高設(shè)計(jì)人員對(duì)零件的設(shè)計(jì)和檢查校驗(yàn)效率,并且提高零件設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)過程的自動(dòng)化水平。
[Abstract]:At present based on ship production design of Tribon, hull parts scattered information recorded in a plurality of files, processing information in the two-dimensional design view only with text annotation form shows that observation is not conducive to the process of information, is not conducive to checking design personnel. In order to ensure the process conforms to the standard and improve the efficiency of verification. It is important to study the process of information visualization. Based on the calibration method of hull parts process information visualization technology, the hull parts process information is analyzed, find out the relation of piecewise DBF files and parts DXF files through the TAB file, and then establish the mapping relation between the parts production information and shape process information; second study the visual calibration method of hull parts process information, process information and determine the plane shape of local three-dimensional calibration scheme; Finally, under the environment of.NET hull parts process information visualization software development. With the help of verification of object-oriented programming language, solves three key technologies: research and describe the definition of digital object parts information, drawing the graphic design program of parts form Windows form development platform, using OpenGL to draw 3D graphics local groove check in Windows form. The.NET platform environment, the research of visualization check and software development process information. The development of visual calibration software by importing a segment under parts information database files and description of part graphics drawing exchange file, the realization of the document analysis, including a number of part process information data process attributes the description of the object. And by using the image conversion parameter calculation, GDI+ interface and three dimensional Graphic programming interface OpenGL to complete the drawing parts preview, and can provide the basic parts of information display, convenient designers can browse the segmented all nesting parts of the basic information in software, information processing and dimension information, provides a convenient platform for the designers, designers can improve the parts of the design and checking efficiency, and improve the automation level of the parts design of the production process.
