離合器控制系統(tǒng)比例壓力控制閥特性研究

比例壓力控制閥作為控制元件應(yīng)用于液壓系統(tǒng),并對(duì)這些系統(tǒng)的性能產(chǎn)生重要影響。比例壓力控制閥保持壓力恒定,操控離合器控制系統(tǒng)。然而,由于電,磁,液壓,機(jī)械之間高度耦合、相互影響,使其表現(xiàn)出復(fù)雜的特性。并且,大部分復(fù)雜特性都是由于這些元素的非線性造成的。在設(shè)計(jì)這些時(shí),研究其靜態(tài)動(dòng)態(tài)特性不失為改進(jìn)其性能的一種可行的方法研究表明,比例壓力控制閥的特性與油源流量、滑閥重疊量、彈簧剛度、阻尼系數(shù)、負(fù)載和控制器性能都有關(guān)。本研究旨在設(shè)計(jì)兩級(jí)比例壓力控制閥,并研究其特性;分析閥芯尺寸、容腔大小、阻尼孔等設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù),對(duì)該閥靜態(tài)、動(dòng)態(tài)特性的影響;最終運(yùn)用此閥操縱離合器控制系統(tǒng)。對(duì)該比例壓力控制閥的控制性能進(jìn)行分析也很重要,因?yàn)槟芨玫睦斫膺@些元素導(dǎo)致的,系統(tǒng)可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)的問題。對(duì)這些元素的控制不善,會(huì)影響系統(tǒng)的效率。比例壓力控制閥應(yīng)用于需要快速性和準(zhǔn)確性的場(chǎng)合。不善的控制會(huì)影響系統(tǒng)的響應(yīng)及穩(wěn)定,給用戶帶來不適,會(huì)對(duì)系統(tǒng)造成破壞,也增加了油耗。Matlab/Simulink是一個(gè)物理仿真工具,用來預(yù)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的物理行為,本研究利用其對(duì)閥進(jìn)行仿真建模,分析階躍響應(yīng),研究閥的性能。通過深入研究先導(dǎo)閥、主閥、離合器液壓缸的...
