基于振動(dòng)響應(yīng)工程車輛駕駛室乘坐舒適性分析

【摘要】:工程車輛工作環(huán)境惡劣,為保證駕駛員能夠高效迅速的對(duì)復(fù)雜行駛路況做出準(zhǔn)確反映,需要設(shè)計(jì)具備良好的乘坐舒適性的駕駛室。根據(jù)工程車輛工作環(huán)境惡劣的現(xiàn)狀,采用計(jì)算振動(dòng)響應(yīng)的方法研究車輛駕駛室的乘坐舒適性。建立八自由度二分之一車動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,運(yùn)用拉格朗日方程求解系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)動(dòng)微分方程,獲得駕駛室在隨機(jī)路面激勵(lì)下的振動(dòng)響應(yīng)。在駕駛室的豎直方向建立"駕駛員—座椅"分析子系統(tǒng),駕駛室受到的豎直方向的激勵(lì)作為子系統(tǒng)的輸入,根據(jù)駕駛員受到的振動(dòng)加速度的加權(quán)值,對(duì)駕駛室的乘坐舒適性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。分析結(jié)果可知:評(píng)價(jià)駕駛員的主觀感受為:沒有不舒適;減小座椅剛度,能有效的提高駕駛員的舒適性;為同類設(shè)計(jì)研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:The working environment of the engineering vehicle is bad. In order to ensure the driver to make an accurate response to the complex driving condition efficiently and quickly, it is necessary to design a cab with good ride comfort. According to the bad working environment of engineering vehicles, the ride comfort of vehicle cab is studied by calculating vibration response. The dynamic model of 1/2 vehicle with eight degrees of freedom is established, and the differential equation of motion of the system is solved by Lagrange equation, and the vibration response of cab under random road excitation is obtained. The "driver-seat" analysis subsystem is established in the vertical direction of the cab. The vertical excitation of the cab is used as the input of the subsystem. According to the weighted value of the vibration acceleration of the driver, the ride comfort of the cab is evaluated. The results show that the subjective feelings of the evaluation driver are as follows: no discomfort; reducing the seat stiffness can effectively improve the driver's comfort; providing a reference for the same kind of design and research.
