【摘要】：為了提高小型錐面密封副的密封性能,減小表面粗糙度,研制了一種單片機控制的小型錐面密封副研配裝置。采用了垂直布局方案,該裝置主要由旋轉(zhuǎn)研磨機構(gòu)、升降機構(gòu)、定位夾緊機構(gòu)和機座支架組成。簡述了裝置的工作原理,并根據(jù)各機構(gòu)功能,完成了結(jié)構(gòu)設計;采用STC89C52單片機作為控制系統(tǒng),步進電機作為驅(qū)動元件,提高了小型錐面密封副的密封性能和效率。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the sealing performance of small conical seal pair and reduce the surface roughness, a small conical sealing pair research and distribution device controlled by single chip microcomputer is developed. The vertical layout scheme is adopted, which is mainly composed of rotating grinding mechanism, lifting mechanism, positioning clamping mechanism and pedestal support. The working principle of the device is briefly described, and the structure design is completed according to the function of each mechanism, and the sealing performance and efficiency of the small conical seal pair are improved by using STC89C52 single chip microcomputer as the control system and stepping motor as the driving element.
