大型液體動(dòng)壓滑動(dòng)軸承試驗(yàn)臺(tái)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:提出大型滑動(dòng)軸承試驗(yàn)臺(tái)總體設(shè)計(jì)方案,設(shè)計(jì)的試驗(yàn)臺(tái)系統(tǒng)包括機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)、驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)、潤滑系統(tǒng)、控制系統(tǒng)和采集系統(tǒng)5個(gè)部分;采用有限元軟件仿真分析試驗(yàn)臺(tái)結(jié)構(gòu)的合理性并優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。該試驗(yàn)臺(tái)綜合利用數(shù)字化建模、軟件仿真、電氣控制、傳感器測試以及信號(hào)處理等相關(guān)技術(shù),保證了試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的性能穩(wěn)定可靠。通過對(duì)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)試驗(yàn)獲得的轉(zhuǎn)速、溫度、壓力、位移、振動(dòng)加速度等試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的分析,驗(yàn)證了整個(gè)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的有效性,證明其可滿足大型動(dòng)壓滑動(dòng)軸承正常穩(wěn)定運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的要求。
[Abstract]:The overall design scheme of the large sliding bearing test bench is put forward. The test-bed system includes five parts: mechanical structure, driving system, lubrication system, control system and acquisition system. The rationality of the test-bed structure is simulated and analyzed by finite element software and the structure design is optimized. The test-bed makes comprehensive use of digital modeling, software simulation, electrical control, sensor testing and signal processing to ensure the performance of the test-bed is stable and reliable. Through the analysis of the test data such as speed, temperature, pressure, displacement, vibration acceleration and so on, the effectiveness of the design of the whole test-bed system is verified, and it is proved that it can meet the requirements of normal and stable operation of large dynamic pressure sliding bearings.
