長管道效應(yīng)對大高度作業(yè)平臺調(diào)平性能的影響

【摘要】:【目的】為改善高空作業(yè)平臺的調(diào)平性能,研究長管道效應(yīng)對調(diào)平性能的影響.【方法】通過建立長管道模型,分析了影響調(diào)平性能的管道參數(shù),并結(jié)合長管道作用下的調(diào)平系統(tǒng)仿真模型,分別研究管道材質(zhì)、長度、直徑及布管方式對調(diào)平性能的影響規(guī)律.【結(jié)果】硬管材質(zhì)能夠較軟管材質(zhì)使系統(tǒng)響應(yīng)時間縮短0.4~0.6s;管道長度由1m增加至40m可使系統(tǒng)響應(yīng)時間由0.05s延長至0.3s,壓力損失由0.6bar增大至24.8bar;管道直徑由5mm增大至20mm,使調(diào)平穩(wěn)定時間由1.1s延長至2.2s,壓力損失由69.9bar減小至1.7bar;閥前布管較閥后布管加快系統(tǒng)響應(yīng)時間約0.2s,但易引起壓力沖擊.【結(jié)論】長管道效應(yīng)對高空作業(yè)平臺調(diào)平性能的影響顯著,長管道參數(shù)化分析形成調(diào)平系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化布置及參數(shù)選擇原則,對高空作業(yè)平臺的調(diào)平性能改善提供了參考.
[Abstract]:[objective] in order to improve the leveling performance of aerial work platform, the effect of long pipeline effect on leveling performance is studied. [methods] the pipeline parameters affecting leveling performance are analyzed by establishing long pipeline model.
