多圓弧圓柱齒輪嚙合點載荷分配的研究

【摘要】:圓弧齒輪作為點嚙合制齒輪傳動,在轉(zhuǎn)動過程中不同時刻嚙合點的個數(shù)和齒對數(shù)是不同的,因此其嚙合點載荷分配也就不同,搞清楚相互嚙合的一對齒輪齒廓之間每個嚙合點的載荷大小對于提高齒輪之承載能力以及磨損等性能有重要意義,本文研究結(jié)果能為多圓弧齒輪的齒廓修形以及設(shè)計最優(yōu)齒形提供理論依據(jù),具有研究意義和價值。本文主要研究了圓弧齒輪的嚙合原理以及雙圓弧和四圓弧齒輪的嚙合特性,依據(jù)漸開線直齒輪計算嚙合剛度的方法——勢能法,分析出計算圓弧齒輪嚙合點處嚙合剛度的方法,論文重點在于建立了一個新的力學(xué)模型,假設(shè)圓弧齒輪本體不發(fā)生變形,變形只產(chǎn)生于輪齒上,在此假設(shè)下,研究了圓弧齒輪嚙合點載荷分配的問題。不考慮圓弧齒輪輪齒彎曲變形的條件下,經(jīng)過分析,得到了圓弧齒輪嚙合點處載荷分配均勻的結(jié)論;考慮圓弧齒輪輪齒彎曲變形的條件下,經(jīng)過分析并通過MATLAB編程計算,總結(jié)出了關(guān)于圓弧齒輪嚙合點處載荷分配的幾條重要結(jié)論。具體研究內(nèi)容如下:1)簡化力學(xué)模型,本文假設(shè)圓弧齒輪在傳遞轉(zhuǎn)矩的過程中齒輪本體不發(fā)生變形,則輪齒會產(chǎn)生兩種類型的幾何變形:一種是輪齒整體彎曲變形,受力狀態(tài)等價一個懸臂梁。另外一種是因齒面在嚙合點的接觸而產(chǎn)生的彈性變形,稱為接觸變形。2)在嚙合點數(shù)目不同時,圓弧齒輪力學(xué)與載荷分配研究,主要研究在不考慮彎曲變形以及考慮彎曲變形兩種情況時,圓弧齒輪的力學(xué)模型建立和不同嚙合點載荷分配的情況。3)運用MATLAB得出各嚙合點載荷分配的數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果,給定主要參數(shù)的取值,經(jīng)MATLAB運算,得出在不同情況下各嚙合點載荷的數(shù)值。4)分析圓弧齒輪嚙合點載荷分配與齒數(shù)、模數(shù)之間的關(guān)系,根據(jù)不同情況下各嚙合點載荷的數(shù)值,總結(jié)圓弧齒輪嚙合點載荷分配與齒數(shù)、模數(shù)之間的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Circular arc gear as a point meshing gear transmission, in the process of rotation, the number of meshing points and the number of teeth are different, so the load distribution of meshing point is also different. It is of great significance to find out the load size of each meshing point between the tooth profiles of a pair of gears engaged with each other in order to improve the bearing capacity and wear performance of gears. The results of this paper can provide a theoretical basis for the modification of tooth profile and the design of optimal tooth profile of multi-circular arc gears, and have research significance and value. In this paper, the meshing principle of circular arc gear and the meshing characteristics of double circular arc gear and four circular arc gear are studied. According to the potential energy method, which is the method of calculating meshing stiffness of involute spur gear, the method of calculating meshing stiffness at meshing point of circular arc gear is analyzed. The emphasis of this paper is to establish a new mechanical model, assuming that the circular arc gear body does not deform and the deformation only occurs on the gear teeth. Under this assumption, the problem of load distribution at the meshing point of circular arc gear is studied. Without considering the bending deformation of circular arc gear teeth, the conclusion that the load distribution at the meshing point of circular arc gear is uniform is obtained. Under the condition of considering the bending deformation of circular arc gear teeth, through analysis and MATLAB programming calculation, some important conclusions about load distribution at meshing point of circular arc gear are summarized. The specific research contents are as follows: 1) simplify the mechanical model. This paper assumes that the gear body does not deform in the process of transferring torque, then the gear teeth will produce two types of geometric deformation: one is the overall bending deformation of the gear teeth, The stress state is equivalent to a cantilever beam. The other is the elastic deformation caused by the contact of the tooth surface at the meshing point, which is called contact deformation. 2) the mechanics and load distribution of circular arc gears are studied when the number of meshing points is different. This paper mainly studies the establishment of mechanical model of circular arc gear and the load distribution of different meshing points without considering bending deformation and bending deformation. 3) the numerical simulation results of load distribution at each meshing point are obtained by using MATLAB. Given the value of the main parameters, the values of the load at each meshing point under different conditions are obtained by MATLAB operation. 4) the relationship between the load distribution at the meshing point and the number of teeth and modulus is analyzed, and according to the value of the load at each meshing point under different conditions, The relationship between load distribution and tooth number and modulus of circular arc gear meshing point is summarized.
