【摘要】：為了解決PC型單螺桿壓縮機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)中理論輸氣量、排氣壓力和耗功的計(jì)算問題,對(duì)其螺槽容積、扭矩?cái)?shù)學(xué)模型、封閉螺旋線和排氣孔口進(jìn)行了研究.首先對(duì)PC型單螺桿嚙合過程中,星輪齒的侵入面積和形心進(jìn)行了公式推導(dǎo);其次建立了單螺槽容積、密閉螺槽容積、任意時(shí)刻螺槽容積和扭矩的數(shù)學(xué)模型,給出了封閉螺旋線及排氣孔口大小的公式.并且以螺桿直徑為117 mm的PC型單螺桿壓縮機(jī)為例,分析結(jié)果表明:利用Pro/E軟件建立了單螺槽的實(shí)體模型,測(cè)量體積發(fā)現(xiàn)與計(jì)算體積誤差在3.771%左右;瞬時(shí)扭矩隨著進(jìn)氣壓力的不同呈現(xiàn)周期性變化;扭矩比值接近1,并且扭矩比與進(jìn)氣壓力無關(guān).為PC型單螺桿壓縮機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算提供理論依據(jù).
[Abstract]:In order to solve the calculation problems of theoretical gas volume, exhaust pressure and power consumption in the design of PC single screw compressor, the mathematical model of screw slot volume, torque, closed helix and exhaust orifice are studied. Firstly, the formula of invasion area and centroids of star gear teeth in the meshing process of PC single screw is deduced. Secondly, the mathematical models of single screw slot volume, closed screw slot volume, screw slot volume and torque at any time are established, and the formulas of closed helix and exhaust hole size are given. Taking PC single screw compressor with screw diameter of 117 mm as an example, the analysis results show that the solid model of single screw groove is established by using Pro/E software, and the volume error between measurement volume discovery and calculation is about 3.771%. The instantaneous torque varies periodically with the inlet pressure, and the torque ratio is close to 1, and the torque ratio is independent of the intake pressure. It provides a theoretical basis for the design and calculation of PC single screw compressor.
