基于Matlab的漸開線少齒差行星齒輪變位系數(shù)取值方法研究

【摘要】:根據(jù)少齒差行星齒輪傳動的定義可知,變位系數(shù)的取值是少齒差行星齒輪減速器設(shè)計的關(guān)鍵;通過分析和對比常用變位系數(shù)選取方法,基于變位齒輪變位系數(shù)選擇的限制條件理論,并使用Matlab軟件進行輔助計算,提出了一個漸開線少齒差行星齒輪變位系數(shù)的取值方法;實例驗證得到Matlab編程比常規(guī)設(shè)計計算出的外齒輪變位系數(shù)小但重合度卻大,結(jié)果表明Matlab編程可行性較高。
[Abstract]:According to the definition of the planetary gear transmission with few tooth difference, the value of the displacement coefficient is the key to the design of the planetary gear reducer with few tooth difference. By analyzing and comparing the commonly used methods of selecting the displacement coefficient, based on the theory of the limiting conditions for the selection of the displacement coefficient of the gear, and using the Matlab software to carry on the aided calculation, a method for the determination of the displacement coefficient of the involute planetary gear with few tooth difference is put forward. The example shows that the modification coefficient of the outer gear calculated by Matlab is smaller but the coincidence degree is larger than that calculated by conventional design. The results show that the Matlab programming is more feasible.
