【摘要】：針對(duì)強(qiáng)噪聲背景下多個(gè)傳感器對(duì)同一振動(dòng)源同步采集多組數(shù)據(jù)的情況,提出一種基于最小熵解卷積和獨(dú)立成分分析的聯(lián)合降噪方法,并用于滾動(dòng)軸承循環(huán)沖擊故障特征的提取。利用最小熵解卷積對(duì)各傳感器的信號(hào)分別進(jìn)行盲解卷濾波,消除信號(hào)傳遞路徑的影響,從噪聲信號(hào)中初步提取出故障沖擊特征;對(duì)各傳感器的濾波信號(hào)進(jìn)行獨(dú)立成分分析處理,將信號(hào)進(jìn)行重組后得到重構(gòu)分量,進(jìn)一步消除噪聲成分,使故障沖擊特征成分得到二次增強(qiáng);選取峭度最大的最優(yōu)獨(dú)立成分分析重構(gòu)分量并進(jìn)行包絡(luò)譜分析,得到診斷結(jié)果。通過仿真數(shù)據(jù)和實(shí)驗(yàn)室數(shù)據(jù)分析驗(yàn)證了該方法能夠增強(qiáng)滾動(dòng)軸承的循環(huán)沖擊特征,便于識(shí)別故障類型。
[Abstract]:Based on minimum entropy deconvolution and independent component analysis, a joint de-noising method based on minimum entropy deconvolution and independent component analysis is proposed for simultaneous acquisition of multiple sets of data from the same vibration source by multiple sensors in the background of strong noise. The method is used to extract the features of rolling bearing cyclic shock fault. The minimum entropy deconvolution is used to filter the signals of each sensor in blind deconvolution to eliminate the influence of the signal transmission path and to extract the fault impact characteristics from the noise signals. The filter signal of each sensor is analyzed and processed by independent component analysis, the reconstructed component is obtained after the signal is reorganized, the noise component is further eliminated, and the characteristic component of fault shock is second enhanced. The reconstructed component of the optimal independent component analysis with the largest kurtosis is selected and the envelope spectrum analysis is carried out to obtain the diagnosis result. The simulation data and laboratory data show that the proposed method can enhance the cyclic impact characteristics of rolling bearings and facilitate the identification of fault types.
