滾珠絲杠副的模態(tài)和剛度特性分析

【摘要】:滾珠絲杠副因其具有較高的精度、剛度及其運動的平穩(wěn)性等特點而被廣泛應(yīng)用于各種精密的工業(yè)設(shè)備和數(shù)控機(jī)床中。但是由于高速切削技術(shù)的發(fā)展需要,對滾珠絲杠副的要求也越來越高,而高轉(zhuǎn)速下的滾珠絲杠會引起振動、噪聲及運動的可靠性等一系列問題,需要對滾珠絲杠副的模態(tài)和軸向接觸剛度進(jìn)行深入的研究分析。本文從滾珠絲杠副的模態(tài)分析入手,分別對滾珠絲杠副進(jìn)行了自由模態(tài)和約束模態(tài)分析,得出滾珠絲杠副的各階頻率和振動參數(shù),研究了螺母在絲杠上不同位置時對其模態(tài)參數(shù)的影響;對滾珠與螺紋滾道組成的結(jié)合面進(jìn)行了建模,在滾珠絲杠副的一個行程范圍內(nèi)對其進(jìn)行了有限元接觸剛度分析,得到不同螺母類型的滾珠絲杠副在受到軸向載荷時的剛度值;對滾珠絲杠副進(jìn)行了整體軸向剛度ANSYS仿真分析,得出滾珠絲杠副在受到軸向載荷作用時的軸向位移變化量,求出了軸向剛度大小,得到了螺母位置對滾珠絲杠副剛度值的影響規(guī)律;搭建了實驗臺,測量螺母在絲杠不同位置時滾珠絲杠副的整體的軸向剛度,分析螺母位置對其剛度值的影響。通過對滾珠絲杠副的模態(tài)分析得出其前六階的固有頻率和振型圖,對機(jī)床的防震及滾珠絲杠副本身結(jié)構(gòu)探傷具有重要意義。通過對滾珠絲杠副軸向剛度分析,仿真與實驗相結(jié)合,準(zhǔn)確地測出滾珠絲杠副軸向剛度,探究了螺母在絲杠不同位置時對剛度值的影響,為數(shù)控機(jī)床的控制系統(tǒng)提供精確的控制參數(shù)。
[Abstract]:Ball screw pairs have been widely used in various precision industrial equipment and numerical control machine tools because of their high precision, stiffness and stability of motion, etc. The ball screw pair has been widely used in various precision industrial equipment and CNC machine tools because of its high precision, stiffness and smooth motion. However, due to the development of high-speed cutting technology, the requirements for ball screw pairs are getting higher and higher, and the ball screw at high speed will cause a series of problems such as vibration, noise and the reliability of motion, and so on. The modal and axial contact stiffness of ball screw need to be studied deeply. Starting with the modal analysis of ball screw pairs, the free mode and constrained modal analysis of ball screw pairs are carried out, and the frequencies and vibration parameters of ball screw pairs are obtained. The influence of different positions of nut on the modal parameters of screw is studied. The contact stiffness of ball screw pairs in a stroke range is analyzed by finite element method, and the stiffness values of ball screw pairs with different nut types under axial load are obtained by modeling the contact surface of ball screw and screw track. The contact stiffness of ball screw pair under axial load is obtained by finite element analysis in the range of a stroke of ball screw pair and the contact stiffness of ball screw pair is analyzed by finite element method. The whole axial stiffness of ball screw pair is simulated by ANSYS, and the change of axial displacement of ball screw pair under axial load is obtained, and the axial stiffness of ball screw pair is calculated. The effect of nut position on ball screw stiffness is obtained. An experimental platform is set up to measure the overall axial stiffness of the ball screw pair at different positions of the screw and analyze the effect of the position of the nut on the stiffness value of the ball screw pair. Through the modal analysis of ball screw pairs, the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the first six orders are obtained, which is of great significance to the anti-vibration of the machine tool and the inspection of the structure of the ball screw pairs themselves. By analyzing the axial stiffness of ball screw pair, combining simulation with experiment, the axial stiffness of ball screw pair is measured accurately, and the influence of nut on stiffness value of ball screw pair in different position of screw is discussed. Provide accurate control parameters for the control system of NC machine tools.
