柔性鉸鏈可傾瓦軸承不平衡響應(yīng)的主動(dòng)控制

【摘要】:在軸承轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)中,為提高轉(zhuǎn)子的旋轉(zhuǎn)精度,對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了主動(dòng)控制。基于柔性鉸鏈可傾瓦軸承建立了軸承轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)軸心軌跡和軸瓦擺動(dòng)的計(jì)算模型,在考慮系統(tǒng)慣性和非線性油膜力的基礎(chǔ)上,計(jì)算了轉(zhuǎn)子在不平衡響應(yīng)下的非線性軸心軌跡和軸瓦的擺動(dòng)規(guī)律,并提出了一種振動(dòng)的主動(dòng)控制方法。仿真計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,轉(zhuǎn)子的不平衡載荷是轉(zhuǎn)子產(chǎn)生周期性振動(dòng)的重要因素。通過(guò)在軸瓦的瓦背施加力,控制軸瓦的擺動(dòng)規(guī)律,可以抵消轉(zhuǎn)子不平衡載荷引起的振動(dòng)。通過(guò)主動(dòng)控制,轉(zhuǎn)子振動(dòng)明顯減弱,極大得提高了轉(zhuǎn)子的旋轉(zhuǎn)精度。
[Abstract]:In the bearing rotor system, in order to improve the rotor rotation accuracy, the active control of the system is carried out. Based on flexible hinge tilting pad bearing, the calculation model of bearing rotor system shaft center trajectory and bearing swing is established. On the basis of considering inertia and nonlinear oil film force of the system, the calculation model of bearing rotor system shaft center trajectory and bearing swing is established. The nonlinear axis trajectory and bearing swing law of rotor under unbalanced response are calculated, and an active vibration control method is proposed. The simulation results show that the unbalanced load of rotor is an important factor to produce periodic vibration of rotor. The vibration caused by the unbalanced load of the rotor can be counteracted by applying force on the back of the bearing to control the swing law of the bearing. Through the active control, the rotor vibration is obviously weakened, and the rotor rotation precision is greatly improved.
