動力刀塔傳動齒輪根切量的計算方法

【摘要】:提出一種基于多項式變異粒子群優(yōu)化技術(shù)的齒輪根切量計算方法.將多項式變異算子與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)粒子群優(yōu)化方法相結(jié)合,構(gòu)造出PMOPSO算法.以漸開線齒輪齒廓參數(shù)方程為基礎(chǔ)建立齒輪根切量的計算模型,并討論了模型的解的情況與根切點位置的關(guān)系.計算動力刀塔中關(guān)鍵齒輪的根切量,并分析模數(shù)和變位系數(shù)對根切量的影響.計算結(jié)果表明,本文方法可以快速確定齒輪根切量,并根據(jù)設(shè)計要求靈活調(diào)整計算精度.利用本文方法可以精確分析關(guān)鍵齒輪的根切情況,有助于提升動力刀塔中齒輪副的傳動性能.
[Abstract]:A method for calculating gear root shearing based on polynomial variant particle swarm optimization (PSO) is proposed. PMOPSO algorithm is constructed by combining polynomial mutation operator with standard particle swarm optimization method. Based on the tooth profile parameter equation of involute gear, the calculation model of gear root tangent is established, and the relationship between the solution of the model and the position of root tangent point is discussed. The root shearing of the key gears in the power cutter tower is calculated and the effects of modulus and displacement coefficient on the root shearing are analyzed. The calculation results show that the method can quickly determine the cutting rate of gear root and adjust the calculation precision flexibly according to the design requirements. The method in this paper can accurately analyze the root cutting of key gears and help to improve the transmission performance of gear pairs in the power cutter tower.
