自適應(yīng)平衡梁軸承的均載能力及影響因素研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)高可靠性立式軸系可傾瓦推力軸承在軸線傾斜下的均載問(wèn)題,研究自適應(yīng)結(jié)構(gòu)平衡梁支撐推力軸承的均載能力及影響因素;建立平衡梁組件的自適應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,給出軸線傾斜下考慮平衡梁彎曲變形的軸承系統(tǒng)耦合模型,并提出采用不均勻系數(shù)表征軸承的均載能力;基于模型分析工況參數(shù)和結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對(duì)軸承均載能力的影響,結(jié)果表明:平衡梁結(jié)構(gòu)的均載能力并不是完全均載,軸承均載能力隨著軸承載荷和軸線傾角的增大而減弱;推力瓦支點(diǎn)半徑對(duì)軸承均載能力有較大影響,而連接圓柱體半徑和下平衡梁支撐圓柱半徑對(duì)瓦塊載荷分布影響較小;對(duì)于立式軸系,合理控制軸線傾角可提高推力軸承的均載能力及軸系服役性能。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the load-sharing problem of the thrust bearing with tilting pad in the shaft system with high reliability, the load-equalizing capacity and the influencing factors of the self-adaptive balanced beam supporting thrust bearing are studied. The adaptive dynamic model of the balanced beam assembly is established, and the coupling model of the bearing system considering the bending deformation of the balanced beam under the axis tilting is presented, and the non-uniform coefficient is proposed to characterize the bearing's load-equalizing capacity. Based on the model, the effects of operating and structural parameters on the load-equalizing capacity of the bearing are analyzed. The results show that the load-equalizing capacity of the balanced beam structure is not completely uniform, and the load-equalizing capacity of the bearing decreases with the increase of the bearing load and axis inclination angle. The bearing radius of thrust bearing has a great influence on the load distribution of bearing, while the radius of connecting cylinder and the radius of supporting cylinder of lower balance beam have little effect on the load distribution of tile. For vertical shaft system, the load sharing ability and service performance of thrust bearing can be improved by reasonably controlling axis inclination.
