【摘要】：機(jī)械工程類國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室立足學(xué)科前沿,服務(wù)國(guó)家重大需求,努力提升創(chuàng)新能力和研究水平,研究成果顯著。經(jīng)過(guò)30年的建設(shè)與發(fā)展,機(jī)械工程類國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室凝聚和培養(yǎng)了大批高水平科技人才,已成為開(kāi)展高層次學(xué)術(shù)交流與合作的重要基地。圍繞機(jī)械工程類國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的定位與研究方向、隊(duì)伍建設(shè)和人才培養(yǎng)、學(xué)術(shù)交流與國(guó)際合作、開(kāi)放共享及制度建設(shè)等方面,結(jié)合2013年評(píng)估情況和實(shí)例,對(duì)機(jī)械工程類國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室運(yùn)行管理中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析,并對(duì)其未來(lái)發(fā)展提出了建議。
[Abstract]:The state key laboratory of mechanical engineering bases itself on the front line of the subject, serves the important demand of the country, and makes great efforts to improve the innovation ability and research level, and the research results are remarkable. After 30 years of construction and development, the national key laboratory of mechanical engineering condensed and cultivated a large number of high-level scientific and technological personnel, has become an important base for high-level academic exchanges and cooperation. Focusing on the orientation and research direction, team building and talent training, academic exchange and international cooperation, open sharing and system construction of the State key Laboratory of Mechanical Engineering, and combining with the evaluation situation and examples in 2013, This paper analyzes the problems existing in the operation and management of the state key laboratories of mechanical engineering, and puts forward some suggestions for its future development.
