基于信息度量的PLM設(shè)計(jì)階段產(chǎn)品信息流的結(jié)構(gòu)分析

【摘要】:為了定性與定量描述產(chǎn)品在產(chǎn)品生命周期管理(PLM)設(shè)計(jì)階段各環(huán)節(jié)信息狀態(tài),提出通過(guò)信息熵分析設(shè)計(jì)階段各環(huán)節(jié)信息狀態(tài)的不確定性,通過(guò)信息距離分析各環(huán)節(jié)取得某個(gè)狀態(tài)所遇障礙的大小,然后采用頂層基本骨架(TBS)方法建立產(chǎn)品的三維模型并對(duì)其信息狀態(tài)進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果表明,客戶對(duì)產(chǎn)品的需求增加后,產(chǎn)品在設(shè)計(jì)及轉(zhuǎn)移狀態(tài)上需要的信息相應(yīng)增加,通過(guò)信息狀態(tài)的分析為產(chǎn)品在PLM設(shè)計(jì)階段的開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程提供信息學(xué)方面的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to describe qualitatively and quantitatively the information state of each link in product life cycle management (PLM) design stage, the uncertainty of information state in design stage is analyzed by information entropy. Through the information distance analysis, the size of the obstacles encountered in a certain state is obtained. Then the top-level basic skeleton (TBS) method is used to establish the three-dimensional model of the product and the information state is analyzed. The results show that, After the customer's demand for the product increases, the information needed in the design and transfer state of the product increases accordingly. The analysis of the information state provides the basis of informatics for the development process of the product in the PLM design stage.
