線接觸EHL狀態(tài)下中心壓力和二次壓力峰的擬合公式

【摘要】:研究了線接觸EHL狀態(tài)下載荷、速度、材料參數(shù)對(duì)中心壓力和二次壓力峰的影響,在對(duì)大量數(shù)值解結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析和回歸的基礎(chǔ)上,給出了中心壓力幅值和二次峰壓力幅值的擬合公式,并對(duì)擬合公式的精確性進(jìn)行了檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明,在相當(dāng)寬的參數(shù)范圍內(nèi),提出的擬合公式的精度令人滿意,可以滿足工程設(shè)計(jì)要求。
[Abstract]:The effects of load, velocity and material parameters on the central pressure and the secondary pressure peak under the linear contact EHL state are studied. Based on the analysis and regression of a large number of numerical solutions, The fitting formulas of the center pressure amplitude and the secondary peak pressure amplitude are given, and the accuracy of the fitting formula is tested. The results show that in a wide range of parameters, the accuracy of the proposed fitting formula is satisfactory and can meet the requirements of engineering design.
