旋壓皮帶輪的疲勞裂紋擴展壽命計算

【摘要】:基于線彈性斷裂力學(xué)理論,利用Workbench有限元軟件在旋壓皮帶輪拉應(yīng)力最大處建立沿周向的初始裂紋的三維有限元模型,計算了該模型的裂紋前緣應(yīng)力強度因子,得到旋壓皮帶輪以Ⅰ類為主的張開型裂紋類型結(jié)論;接著建立不同裂紋擴展模型,仿真計算得到各裂紋前緣的應(yīng)力強度因子和應(yīng)力強度因子幅;根據(jù)Paris經(jīng)驗公式和擬合后ΔK-a曲線計算,得到了旋壓皮帶輪裂紋擴展壽命。該計算裂紋擴展壽命的方法為旋壓皮帶輪的安全設(shè)計提供了一種新途徑,具有積極的參考意義。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of linear elastic fracture mechanics, a three-dimensional finite element model of the initial crack along the circumferential direction is established by using the Workbench finite element software at the maximum tensile stress of the spinning pulley. The stress intensity factor of the crack leading edge of the model is calculated. The conclusion of the type of open crack of spinning pulley is obtained, and the stress intensity factor and stress intensity factor amplitude of each crack leading edge are calculated by simulation. According to the Paris empirical formula and the fitted 螖 K-a curve, the crack propagation life of the spinning pulley is obtained. The method of calculating crack propagation life provides a new way for the safety design of spinning pulley and has positive reference significance.
