基于AMESim的帶式輸送機軟啟動方法研究

【摘要】:帶式輸送機作為當(dāng)今世界最重要的散狀物料運輸裝置,其地位變得越來越突顯,由于它具有經(jīng)濟性好、性能穩(wěn)定、運輸能力強并可實現(xiàn)連續(xù)運輸?shù)忍攸c,已經(jīng)被廣泛的應(yīng)用到各個領(lǐng)域,特別是在礦產(chǎn)行業(yè),已經(jīng)成為了最主要的運輸工具,而在帶式輸送機不斷的朝著大運載、遠距離以及高帶速的方向發(fā)展,輸送機的啟動問題就顯得尤為突出,由于輸送帶具有較為特別的粘彈特性,距離越長所表現(xiàn)出來的粘彈特性就越明顯,這時就必須采用輔助裝置來啟動帶式輸送機。本文提出一種軟啟動方式,即利用自動變速器來作為軟啟動裝置,利用液力變矩器的變矩性能,以及液力的柔性傳動和對載荷沖擊的適應(yīng)性,再配合上變速箱擋位的變化,控制速度變化,減少啟動加速度以及加速度的突變來緩解啟動時對輸送帶的沖擊,實現(xiàn)軟啟動。為建立該軟啟動方式的仿真模型,本文首先研究了輸送帶的固有特性(動、靜特性),選用合適的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并在AMESim中建立了其模型,利用信號模擬了四種啟動加速度曲線,驗證了模型對這幾種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的加速度曲線的響應(yīng);其次,研究了液力變矩器的性能并結(jié)合特性曲線了解其對載荷的自動適應(yīng)性,行星變速器的擋位變換及不同擋位的傳動比,以及濕式離合器和制動器的結(jié)構(gòu)與性能,并在AMESim中建立了變速器的模型,檢驗了其變速性能;最后調(diào)整相應(yīng)參數(shù)建立液力自動變速器驅(qū)動帶式輸送機的軟啟動裝置模型,按照六種啟動情況進行分析,結(jié)合輸送帶的張力、速度、加速度等數(shù)據(jù),選擇合適的啟動方式。仿真的情況分析初步證明了本文提出的以自動變速器作為帶式輸送機軟啟動設(shè)備的可行性。
[Abstract]:As the most important transport device of bulk materials in the world today, belt conveyor has become more and more prominent because it has the characteristics of good economy, stable performance, strong transportation capacity and the ability to realize continuous transportation, etc. Has been widely used in various fields, especially in the mineral industry, has become the most important means of transport, and in the belt conveyor is constantly moving towards the direction of large transportation, long distance and high speed. Because the conveyor belt has special viscoelastic characteristic, the longer the distance is, the more obvious the viscoelastic characteristic is, and the auxiliary device must be used to start the belt conveyor. In this paper, a kind of soft starting method is proposed, that is, the automatic transmission is used as the soft starting device, the torque conversion performance of the hydraulic torque converter, the adaptability of the hydraulic flexible transmission and the load impact, and then the change of the gear position of the upper gearbox. Control the change of speed, reduce the acceleration and the sudden change of acceleration to alleviate the impact on conveyor belt and realize soft start. In order to establish the simulation model of the soft start mode, this paper first studies the inherent characteristics (dynamic and static characteristics) of the conveyor belt, selects the appropriate mathematical model, establishes its model in AMESim, and simulates four starting acceleration curves by using the signal. The response of the model to these standard acceleration curves is verified. Secondly, the performance of hydraulic torque converter is studied and its automatic adaptability to load, gear shift of planetary transmission and transmission ratio of different gears are studied. The structure and performance of wet clutch and brake are also discussed. The model of transmission is established in AMESim to test its speed change performance. Finally, the model of soft starting device of belt conveyor driven by hydraulic automatic transmission is established by adjusting the corresponding parameters. According to the six starting conditions, combined with the conveyor belt tension, speed, acceleration and other data, select the appropriate starting mode. The simulation results show the feasibility of using automatic transmission as the soft starting equipment of belt conveyor.
