立式雙級自吸泵的水力性能與自吸特性研究

【摘要】:自吸式離心泵因其具有良好的自吸性能而在二次啟動(dòng)時(shí)無需灌泵,便于自動(dòng)化控制,廣泛適用于重要的工農(nóng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域。隨著各類應(yīng)用場合對泵能耗要求的提高,市場上廣泛應(yīng)用的立式自吸泵的效率、運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)性和自吸性能已越來越難以滿足應(yīng)用的需求。本文在研究和分析傳統(tǒng)立式單級自吸泵的基礎(chǔ)上,開發(fā)了立式雙級自吸泵,基于局部歐拉能量分布的調(diào)整,改進(jìn)了葉輪內(nèi)部能量分布,提高自吸泵水力性能,提出了新的蝸殼氣液分離室結(jié)構(gòu),并改進(jìn)了口環(huán)密封結(jié)構(gòu)及副葉輪結(jié)構(gòu)。借助計(jì)算流體動(dòng)力學(xué)(CFD)軟件對雙級自吸泵的水力模型進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化和性能預(yù)測,最終開發(fā)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用。同時(shí),本文的雙級自吸泵無回流孔的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),基于兩相流動(dòng)模擬研究了所開發(fā)自吸泵的自吸特性。為優(yōu)化立式雙級自吸泵的性能并研究其自吸特性,本文主要開展了以下幾個(gè)方面的工作:(1)總結(jié)概括已有典型自吸泵的研究成果以及國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,研究和分析立式單級自吸泵的主要問題,在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)出雙級立式自吸泵,并對其水力性能和自吸特性進(jìn)行了研究;(2)基于CFD分析軟件FLUENT,采用κ-ε湍流模型對自吸泵內(nèi)部流場進(jìn)行單相定常數(shù)值模擬和性能預(yù)測;根據(jù)定常數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果對自吸泵葉輪蝸殼以及葉輪內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行改進(jìn),對比與分析不同結(jié)構(gòu)對自吸泵流場的影響,設(shè)計(jì)得到了高效的立式雙級自吸泵葉輪、蝸殼及泵內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu);(3)對立式雙級自吸泵進(jìn)行性能試驗(yàn),通過泵性能測試數(shù)據(jù)與模擬數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果對比,驗(yàn)證設(shè)計(jì)的合理性和計(jì)算方法的可靠性;(4)基于FLUENT軟件對立式雙級自吸泵自吸過程的氣液兩相流進(jìn)行非定常數(shù)值模擬。給出了自吸過程泵內(nèi)含氣率、速度和壓力的分布規(guī)律及流動(dòng)特征,分析了葉輪進(jìn)出口、蝸殼進(jìn)出口和氣液分離室壓力與含氣率,并結(jié)合理論分析研究其自吸過程。本文提出了新型立式雙級自吸泵結(jié)構(gòu),基于CFD數(shù)值模擬改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)了自吸泵的過流部件,分析了自吸過程的泵內(nèi)氣液兩相流結(jié)構(gòu)流場,完成了產(chǎn)品樣機(jī)的制造、試驗(yàn)和現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用,測試和應(yīng)用結(jié)果顯示,所開發(fā)的雙級立式自吸泵效率相比傳統(tǒng)立式自吸泵得到大幅度提升,且自吸性能良好,達(dá)到了節(jié)能降耗的目的。本文的研究工作對立式自吸泵產(chǎn)品研發(fā)與應(yīng)用具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Because of its good self-priming performance, self-priming centrifugal pump does not need pumping during secondary start-up, which is convenient for automatic control and is widely used in important fields of industry and agriculture. With the improvement of pump energy consumption requirements in various applications, the efficiency, running stability and self-priming performance of vertical self-priming pumps, which are widely used in the market, have become more and more difficult to meet the needs of application. Based on the research and analysis of the traditional vertical single stage self-priming pump, a vertical two-stage self-priming pump is developed. Based on the adjustment of the local Euler energy distribution, the internal energy distribution of the impeller is improved and the hydraulic performance of the self-priming pump is improved. A new structure of volute gas-liquid separation chamber is proposed, and the sealing structure of orifice ring and the structure of secondary impeller are improved. The hydraulic model of the two-stage self-priming pump was optimized and its performance was predicted by using the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software. Finally, the product was developed for field application. At the same time, the self-priming characteristics of the two-stage self-priming pump without reflux hole are studied based on two-phase flow simulation. In order to optimize the performance of the vertical two-stage self-priming pump and study its self-priming characteristics, this paper mainly carried out the following work: 1) summarizing the research results of the typical self-priming pump and the research status at home and abroad. The main problems of vertical single stage self-priming pump are studied and analyzed. On this basis, a two-stage vertical self-priming pump is designed. Based on the CFD software fluent, the single-phase steady numerical simulation and performance prediction of the flow field in the self-priming pump are carried out by using 魏-蔚 turbulence model. According to the steady numerical simulation results, the volute and the internal structure of the self-priming pump impeller are improved, and the influence of different structures on the flow field of the self-priming pump is compared and analyzed, and an efficient vertical two-stage self-priming pump impeller is designed. The volute and pump internal structure are used to test the performance of a two-stage self-priming pump. The performance data of the pump are compared with those of the simulation data. To verify the rationality of the design and the reliability of the calculation method the unsteady numerical simulation of the gas-liquid two-phase flow in the self-priming process of the two-stage self-priming pump is carried out based on fluent software. The distribution law and flow characteristics of gas content, velocity and pressure in pump during self-priming process are given. The pressure and gas content in impeller inlet and outlet, volute inlet and outlet and gas-liquid separation chamber are analyzed, and the self-priming process is studied by theoretical analysis. In this paper, a new type of vertical two-stage self-priming pump is proposed. Based on the CFD numerical simulation, the flow field of the gas-liquid two-phase flow structure in the pump is analyzed, and the manufacture, test and field application of the prototype are completed. The results of test and application show that the efficiency of the developed two-stage vertical self-priming pump is greatly improved than that of the traditional vertical self-priming pump, and the self-priming performance is good, which achieves the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption. The research work in this paper has some reference value for the research and application of self-priming pump.
