破碎機(jī)PLC控制系統(tǒng)研制

【摘要】:渣鋼廠是鋼鐵生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的下屬企業(yè)是一家主要回收社會(huì)廢鋼、回收廠內(nèi)廢渣、廢渣破碎處理的生產(chǎn)廠家,從投產(chǎn)到現(xiàn)在已近40余載,其主要生產(chǎn)設(shè)備,也進(jìn)行了更新?lián)Q代,跟上時(shí)代步伐。爐渣破碎站的設(shè)備從現(xiàn)場(chǎng)手動(dòng)操作,繼電器交流接觸器控制,繼而到PLC全自動(dòng)控制,主要以德國(guó)西門(mén)子PLC系統(tǒng)為主。伴隨著科技和設(shè)備的跨越式發(fā)展,以及高標(biāo)準(zhǔn),嚴(yán)格的生產(chǎn)規(guī)范要求,對(duì)礦渣粉碎站設(shè)備水平和穩(wěn)定的運(yùn)行狀態(tài),提出了更高層次的要求。爐渣破碎機(jī)是破碎企業(yè)的核心設(shè)備和脊梁,破碎站的職責(zé)是廢料處理、破碎,然后再提供給下級(jí)客戶利用,其設(shè)備等級(jí)和值班人員的崗位水平,對(duì)下游用戶的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量影響更直接。德國(guó)西門(mén)子研發(fā)的S7-400系統(tǒng),大大提高了系統(tǒng)的可靠性能,其穩(wěn)定性也大大加強(qiáng),硬件和軟件完美結(jié)合,為系統(tǒng)的正常運(yùn)行保駕護(hù)航。本論文介紹了西門(mén)子S7-400,硬件設(shè)計(jì),系統(tǒng)編程的總體框架,并且通過(guò)WINCC在上位機(jī)和下位機(jī)在電腦屏幕上組態(tài)畫(huà)面,把生產(chǎn)過(guò)程和操作員的視覺(jué)習(xí)慣相結(jié)合,從而優(yōu)化方案,更加符合大多數(shù)操作員的習(xí)慣。論文重點(diǎn)在破碎機(jī)PLC控制系統(tǒng)研制方面,下位機(jī)程序分別講述了STEP開(kāi)發(fā),破碎機(jī)的程序設(shè)計(jì),液壓泵的程序設(shè)計(jì),油加熱器的程序設(shè)計(jì),模擬量標(biāo)定的程序設(shè)計(jì)。上位機(jī)畫(huà)面開(kāi)發(fā)分別講述了開(kāi)發(fā)環(huán)境,變量管理,圖形編輯,全局腳本,報(bào)警記錄等,進(jìn)而開(kāi)發(fā)系統(tǒng)縱覽界面如破碎機(jī)控制界面設(shè)計(jì)、歷史趨勢(shì)、報(bào)警畫(huà)面組態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)等。破碎機(jī)的PLC可編程的軟件系統(tǒng)是由上位機(jī)組態(tài)畫(huà)面和下位機(jī)西門(mén)子程序構(gòu)成的。
[Abstract]:The slag steel plant is a subordinate enterprise of iron and steel production enterprise, which is a manufacturer of recycling waste steel, recycling waste residue and waste residue. From production to more than 40 years now, its main production equipment has been updated to keep up with the pace of the times. The equipment of the slag crushing station is manually operated from the site and relay contact contact. The device control, then to the PLC full automatic control, is mainly based on the German SIEMENS PLC system. With the rapid development of the technology and equipment, and the high standard and strict requirements of the production standard, the requirement of the equipment level and stable running state of the slag crushing station is put forward. The slag crusher is the core equipment of the broken enterprise and the core equipment of the crushing enterprise. The S7-400 system developed by German SIEMENS greatly improves the performance of the system, its stability is greatly strengthened, and the hardware and software are finished. This paper introduces the overall framework of the SIEMENS S7-400, hardware design and system programming, and combines the production process with the operator's visual habits through the WINCC in the PC and the lower computer on the computer screen, so as to optimize the scheme and be more in line with the majority of the operators. The paper focuses on the development of the crusher PLC control system. The program of the lower computer tells the development of STEP, the program design of the crusher, the program design of the hydraulic pump, the program design of the oil heater, the program design of the analog calibration. The development environment, the variable management, the graphics editing and the global script are narrated in the upper computer screen development respectively. Alarm record and so on, and then develop the system overview interface such as the crusher control interface design, the historical trend, the alarm picture configuration design and so on. The PLC programmable software system of the crusher is composed of the upper computer configuration picture and the lower computer SIEMENS program.
