考慮模型形式誤差的轉(zhuǎn)子動(dòng)力學(xué)修正及確認(rèn)

【摘要】:研究考慮模型形式誤差的軸承-轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)工作轉(zhuǎn)速下的動(dòng)力學(xué)模型修正和確認(rèn)方法。首先,介紹了模型形式誤差以及基于復(fù)模態(tài)特征值靈敏度的模型修正理論;然后,在此基礎(chǔ)上以軸承-柔性轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)為仿真算例,考慮模型形式誤差,使用系統(tǒng)在恒定工作轉(zhuǎn)速下的渦動(dòng)頻率和阻尼參數(shù),同時(shí)對(duì)軸承的支承剛度、支承阻尼和轉(zhuǎn)盤的直徑轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量參數(shù)進(jìn)行修正;最后,通過不平衡響應(yīng)結(jié)果對(duì)修正模型進(jìn)行了確認(rèn)。仿真結(jié)果顯示,考慮模型形式誤差時(shí)的修正參數(shù)最大誤差仍有-10.1%,而修正后特征值實(shí)部最大誤差為0.95%,特征值虛部最大誤差為-1.15%,修正后不平衡響應(yīng)與目標(biāo)模型基本重合。研究表明,考慮模型形式誤差時(shí)軸承-轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)的修正方法是穩(wěn)健的,也是有效可行的。
[Abstract]:The dynamic model modification and confirmation method of bearing-rotor system at working speed considering the model form error is studied. First, the model form error and the model correction theory based on complex modal eigenvalue sensitivity are introduced, and then, taking the bearing-flexible rotor system as a simulation example, the model form error is considered. Using the eddy frequency and damping parameters of the system at constant working speed, the bearing stiffness, the bearing damping and the diameter rotational inertia parameters of the turntable are modified. The modified model is confirmed by unbalanced response results. The simulation results show that the maximum error of the modified parameter is still -10.1 when the model form error is considered, but the maximum error of the real part of the modified eigenvalue is 0.95. the maximum error of the imaginary part of the eigenvalue is -1.15. the modified unbalance response basically coincides with the target model. The results show that the method is robust and feasible when considering the model form error.
