缸套-活塞環(huán)摩擦學性能模擬實驗研究

【摘要】:為模擬內(nèi)燃機缸套-活塞環(huán)運動,設(shè)計適用于缸套-活塞環(huán)的往復式摩擦性能試驗臺,由傳動系統(tǒng)、加熱系統(tǒng)、加載系統(tǒng)組成。根據(jù)系統(tǒng)中懸臂梁和活塞環(huán)專用夾具不同的使用要求,分別進行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計和有限元分析。結(jié)果表明,當實驗條件達到預設(shè)極限值(加熱溫度130℃,摩擦力500 N)時懸臂梁和活塞環(huán)專用夾具均能滿足使用要求。試驗臺使用二維力測力傳感器,通過特殊裝配設(shè)計,可同時測量摩擦力和法向負載。通過摩擦性能實驗驗證,缸套-活塞環(huán)在較低負荷(61.7、92.6、123.4 N)條件下,摩擦因數(shù)隨轉(zhuǎn)速的增大而急劇減小;在較高負荷(250.8、322.5 N)條件下,摩擦因數(shù)隨轉(zhuǎn)速的增大有所減小并逐漸趨于穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:In order to simulate the cylinder liner piston ring movement of internal combustion engine, a reciprocating friction performance test table suitable for cylinder piston ring is designed, which is composed of transmission system, heating system and loading system. The structure and finite element analysis are carried out according to the different use requirements of the special jig of the cantilever beam and piston ring in the system. The results show that the experimental conditions are reached. When the preset limit (heating temperature is 130, 500 N), the special fixture of the cantilever beam and the piston ring can meet the requirements. The test bench uses a two-dimensional force measuring force sensor to measure the friction force and the normal load at the same time through the special assembly design. The cylinder liner piston ring is proved to be at a lower load (61.7,92.6123.4 N) through the friction performance test. Under the condition of the higher load (250.8322.5 N), the friction factor decreases with the increase of the speed, and gradually tends to a stable state.
