【摘要】：鋼絲繩橡膠輸送帶是由鋼絲繩芯和橡膠覆蓋層組成的復(fù)合材料,其動(dòng)力學(xué)參數(shù)的確定是研究帶式輸送機(jī)動(dòng)態(tài)特性的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題,首先提出由鋼絲繩廣義Maxwell模型和橡膠基體三元件固體模型并聯(lián)組合得鋼絲繩芯橡膠輸送帶的混合本構(gòu)模型,采用粘彈性理論建立動(dòng)應(yīng)變作用下混合本構(gòu)模型方程,推導(dǎo)應(yīng)力解析解,再采用反演變換法建立本構(gòu)動(dòng)力學(xué)參數(shù)的辨識(shí)模型,然后對(duì)不同位移、頻率加載條件下鋼絲繩、橡膠基體進(jìn)行了動(dòng)態(tài)加載實(shí)驗(yàn)與本構(gòu)模型參數(shù)識(shí)別,并采用多項(xiàng)式對(duì)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了擬合,揭示了不同加載條件下動(dòng)力學(xué)參數(shù)的變化規(guī)律,最后通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)動(dòng)力學(xué)參數(shù)擬合公式的準(zhǔn)確性進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:The rubber conveyor belt of steel wire rope is a composite material composed of wire rope core and rubber covering layer. The determination of its dynamic parameters is the key problem to study the dynamic characteristics of belt conveyor. In this paper, a hybrid constitutive model of rubber conveyor belt with steel wire rope, which is composed of generalized Maxwell model of wire rope and solid model of three elements of rubber matrix in parallel, is first proposed. The mixed constitutive model equation under dynamic strain is established by viscoelastic theory. The analytical solution of stress is derived, and then the identification model of constitutive dynamic parameters is established by inverse transformation method. Then the dynamic loading experiments and the identification of constitutive model parameters of wire rope and rubber matrix under different displacement and frequency loading conditions are carried out. The polynomial is used to fit the parameters, and the variation of dynamic parameters under different loading conditions is revealed. Finally, the accuracy of the fitting formula of dynamic parameters is verified by experiments.
