【摘要】：機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)變可靠度用以度量機(jī)構(gòu)在指定運(yùn)動(dòng)區(qū)間上的滿足運(yùn)動(dòng)要求的概率,該類可靠度反映了機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)的總體效應(yīng),其實(shí)質(zhì)為機(jī)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)可靠度�，F(xiàn)有針對函數(shù)生成機(jī)構(gòu)提出的運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)變可靠性分析方法不適用于軌跡機(jī)構(gòu)的可靠性分析。為此,提出一種基于聯(lián)合概率的軌跡機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)變可靠性分析方法。對于軌跡型機(jī)構(gòu),在任一坐標(biāo)分量上的運(yùn)動(dòng)誤差超過允許誤差就意味著機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)失效,因此可認(rèn)為平面軌跡機(jī)構(gòu)包括兩種失效模式�；诖�,將平面軌跡機(jī)構(gòu)的系統(tǒng)可靠性處理為由各失效模式組成的串聯(lián)系統(tǒng)可靠性,同時(shí)每個(gè)坐標(biāo)分量也處理為N個(gè)軌跡離散點(diǎn)構(gòu)成的串聯(lián)系統(tǒng),進(jìn)而采用多維正態(tài)分布函數(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)軌跡機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng)可靠度求解,最后給出兩個(gè)平面軌跡機(jī)構(gòu)驗(yàn)證方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:The time-varying reliability of the mechanism is used to measure the probability that the mechanism meets the requirements of the motion in the specified motion interval. The reliability of this kind of mechanism reflects the overall effect of the mechanism motion, and its essence is the reliability of the mechanism system. The existing time-varying reliability analysis methods for the function generating mechanism are not suitable for the reliability analysis of the trajectory mechanism. In this paper, a method of time-varying reliability analysis of trajectory mechanism based on joint probability is proposed. For the locus type mechanism, the motion error in any coordinate component exceeds the allowable error, which means the motion failure of the mechanism. Therefore, it can be considered that the planar trajectory mechanism includes two failure modes. Based on this, the system reliability of planar locus mechanism is treated as series system reliability composed of each failure mode, and each coordinate component is also treated as a series system composed of N trajectory discrete points. Then the kinematic reliability of the locus mechanism is solved by using the multi-dimensional normal distribution function. Finally, the validity of the two methods for verifying the planar locus mechanism is given.
