【摘要】：排序模式分析方法通過(guò)相空間重構(gòu)將一維振動(dòng)時(shí)間序列映射到排序模式概率分布,來(lái)揭示序列內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)的復(fù)雜性變化,為微弱信號(hào)特征提取提供了一種新視角。將排序模式分析和信息散度相結(jié)合,提出一種排序信息散度指標(biāo),用于對(duì)設(shè)備不同運(yùn)行狀態(tài)下的振動(dòng)信號(hào)在高維相空間中排序模式概率分布的差異性進(jìn)行量化分析,并用于軸承內(nèi)圈不同損傷程度評(píng)估和軸承全壽命退化趨勢(shì)分析。結(jié)果表明,與傳統(tǒng)的時(shí)域統(tǒng)計(jì)指標(biāo)及小波熵、近似熵、排序熵等非線性復(fù)雜度指標(biāo)相比較,所提出的排序信息散度指標(biāo)具有較好的故障程度量化分析性能,對(duì)軸承早期故障退化更加敏感,且穩(wěn)定性好、計(jì)算效率高,利于工程實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The method of sorting pattern analysis maps one-dimensional vibration time series to the probability distribution of sorting mode through phase space reconstruction to reveal the complexity of the internal structure of the sequence and provide a new perspective for feature extraction of weak signals. By combining sorting mode analysis with information divergence, a sort of information divergence index is proposed, which can be used to quantify the difference of the probability distribution of sorting mode in high-dimensional phase space of vibration signals in different operation states of equipment. It is used to evaluate the different damage degree of bearing inner ring and to analyze the whole life degradation trend of bearing. The results show that compared with the traditional time-domain statistical index, wavelet entropy, approximate entropy, sort entropy and other nonlinear complexity indexes, the proposed ranking information divergence index has better performance in quantitative analysis of fault degree. It is more sensitive to the early failure degradation of bearing and has good stability and high calculation efficiency.
