多功能齒輪攪油功率損耗實驗裝置及實驗方法研究

【摘要】:攪油損失在浸油潤滑齒輪傳動裝置功耗中所占比重較大,是導(dǎo)致潤滑失效的主要因素之一。為精確預(yù)測不同工況下齒輪的攪油損失,設(shè)計一種新型攪油功率損耗測量的多功能試驗裝置,并介紹針對不同齒形齒輪的攪油損失、圓盤與齒輪對攪油損失和非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)直齒輪的攪油損失的實驗方法。該裝置可用于不同齒形齒輪、非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)直齒輪的攪油損失試驗研究,來考察齒輪尺寸變化或其他因素對攪油損失的影響;用于齒輪與圓盤的攪油實驗,來推導(dǎo)出嚙合區(qū)產(chǎn)生的攪油損失。
[Abstract]:The loss of oil stirring accounts for a large proportion of the power consumption of the oil lubricating gear drive, which is one of the main factors leading to the lubrication failure.In order to accurately predict the oil stirring loss of gears under different working conditions, a new multifunctional test device for measuring the power loss of oil stirring was designed, and the oil stirring loss of gear with different profile was introduced.Experimental methods for loss of oil stirring by disc and gear and non-standard spur gear.The device can be used to study the oil stirring loss of gear with different gear profile and non-standard spur gear, to investigate the influence of gear size change or other factors on the oil stirring loss, and to study the oil stirring experiment of gear and disk.To deduce the loss of oil stirring in the meshing area.
