長距離帶式輸送機張力波動特性研究

【摘要】:針對目前長距離帶式輸送機速度逐漸提高,輸送距離逐漸增長,張力波動特性凸顯的問題,對長距離帶式輸送機輸送帶承載段的張力波動特性進行了研究。通過有限元方法,對不同驅(qū)動力和不同槽角下輸送機穩(wěn)定運行時輸送帶承載段的張力波動特性進行了分析,推導(dǎo)出輸送帶縱向張力波動規(guī)律公式,為長距離輸送機增設(shè)滾筒的安裝位置預(yù)測提供一種準(zhǔn)確的方法。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of increasing the speed of long distance belt conveyor, increasing the distance of conveyer, and highlighting the characteristic of tension fluctuation, the tension fluctuation characteristics of long distance belt conveyor belt are studied in this paper.By means of finite element method, the tension fluctuation characteristics of conveyor belt in stable operation under different driving forces and different groove angles are analyzed, and the formula of longitudinal tension fluctuation of conveyor belt is deduced.It provides an accurate method for predicting the installation position of long distance conveyer.
