【摘要】：為提高機(jī)械故障診斷的準(zhǔn)確率,將多個(gè)振動(dòng)傳感器采集機(jī)械系統(tǒng)不同位置的信息進(jìn)行融合,提出一種基于同源數(shù)據(jù)融合的特征提取方法。以柴油機(jī)缸蓋和機(jī)身的振動(dòng)信號(hào)為例,分析振動(dòng)信號(hào)頻譜與激勵(lì)源到測(cè)量點(diǎn)的傳輸特性,構(gòu)造基于頻譜的高維特征向量。使用PCA方法和子帶平均法降維,支持向量機(jī)進(jìn)行分類(lèi)驗(yàn)證其分類(lèi)效果。結(jié)果表明,相比傳統(tǒng)單通道傳感器,此方法提取的特征不僅具有更高的可壓縮性,而且其分類(lèi)準(zhǔn)確性有所提高。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis, a plurality of mechanical vibration sensor system acquisition in different position of the information fusion, this paper presents an approach to extract homologous features based on data fusion. The vibration signal of diesel engine cylinder head and body as an example, to analyze the transmission characteristics of vibration signal spectrum and the excitation source to the measurement point, high structure dimensional feature vector based on spectrum. With the average method of dimensionality reduction using the PCA method and the sub classification, verify the classification performance of support vector machine. The results show that compared with the traditional single channel sensor, this feature extraction method not only has the higher compressibility, and the classification accuracy is improved.
