梯級調(diào)水泵站變頻運(yùn)行工作點(diǎn)的確定方法研究

【摘要】:梯級調(diào)水泵站多采用變頻調(diào)節(jié)以滿足上下級流量匹配,針對變頻調(diào)節(jié)工作點(diǎn)較難確定的問題,提出了一種確定梯級調(diào)水泵站變頻運(yùn)行工作點(diǎn)的方法。以延安黃河引水工程某泵站為例,文章依據(jù)比例律原理在水泵特性曲線基礎(chǔ)上求得變頻特性曲線;按照工作點(diǎn)揚(yáng)程相等原則,利用圖解法取得工頻和變頻對應(yīng)流量點(diǎn),進(jìn)一步得到水泵并聯(lián)特性曲線;針對該泵站繪制不同臺(tái)數(shù)水泵并聯(lián)管路特性曲線,最終確定多個(gè)工況水泵運(yùn)行工作點(diǎn)。與工頻運(yùn)行工況點(diǎn)相比,變頻運(yùn)行擴(kuò)大了泵站流量運(yùn)行范圍。本文為類似泵站機(jī)組選型和水力計(jì)算提供了借鑒。
[Abstract]:Cascade water transfer pumping stations usually adopt frequency conversion regulation to meet the matching of upper and lower flow, aiming at the problem that the working point of frequency conversion regulation is difficult to determine. This paper presents a method to determine the operating point of frequency conversion operation of cascade water transfer pumping station. Taking a pump station of Yanan Yellow River diversion Project as an example, the paper obtains the frequency conversion characteristic curve based on the principle of proportion law and the characteristic curve of pump. According to the principle of equal head of working point, the corresponding flow points of power frequency and frequency conversion are obtained by using graphic method, and the parallel characteristic curve of pump is further obtained. Compared with the power frequency operating conditions, the frequency conversion operation expands the flow range of the pump station. This paper provides a reference for the similar pump station unit selection and hydraulic calculation.
