【摘要】：基于ABAQUS有限元分析軟件對(duì)圓柱滾子軸承進(jìn)行了非線性剛度和應(yīng)力分析,采用非線性彈簧單元并考慮了滾子的修形和游隙的簡(jiǎn)化有限元模型代替真實(shí)的內(nèi)外圈及滾子的實(shí)體接觸模型,在典型的工況下,對(duì)比計(jì)算了軸承的簡(jiǎn)化模型和真實(shí)接觸實(shí)體模型的非線性剛度及應(yīng)力分布,并同時(shí)對(duì)比了軸承座部位的應(yīng)力分布及應(yīng)力最大值。結(jié)果表明,該簡(jiǎn)化模型可以有效的模擬真實(shí)接觸的實(shí)體軸承模型非線性剛度和應(yīng)力分布,并有效的減少了計(jì)算時(shí)間,避免了不收斂問(wèn)題,為了減少建模時(shí)間,同時(shí)基于Python語(yǔ)言根據(jù)軸承尺寸參數(shù)編程完成了自動(dòng)化建立該簡(jiǎn)化模型。
[Abstract]:Based on finite element analysis software ABAQUS of cylindrical roller bearing for nonlinear stiffness and stress analysis, the nonlinear spring element and considering the physical contact model of inner and outer ring and roller roller modification and clearance of the simplified finite element model instead of the real, in the typical working conditions, the simplified model and nonlinear calculation the real contact entity model of bearing stiffness and stress distribution, and compare the stress distribution and the maximum bearing parts. The results show that the simplified model can effectively simulate the real contact solid bearing model of nonlinear stiffness and stress distribution, and effectively reduce the computing time and avoid the non convergence problem, in order to reduce the modeling time, at the same time according to the bearing size parameters of Python language programming to complete the automatic establishment of the simplified model.
