【摘要】:對(duì)壓力容器中的異常傳感信息準(zhǔn)確檢測(cè)能實(shí)現(xiàn)壓力容器故障診斷排除。針對(duì)壓力容器異常傳感信息寬平穩(wěn)性強(qiáng),檢測(cè)準(zhǔn)確度不高的問題,提出一種基于傳感器鑒頻特征提取的壓力容器異常信息檢測(cè)方法。首先對(duì)壓力容器中的異常傳感信息進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)采樣,對(duì)采樣數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行非線性時(shí)間序列信息流建模,采用ARMA模型分析壓力容器異常信息的時(shí)頻特征,結(jié)合傳感器鑒頻特征提取實(shí)現(xiàn)信號(hào)檢測(cè)。仿真結(jié)果表明,采用該方法進(jìn)行壓力容器傳感器信息檢測(cè)的準(zhǔn)確檢測(cè)概率較高。
[Abstract]:The fault diagnosis and elimination of pressure vessel can be realized by accurate detection of abnormal sensing information in pressure vessel. A method for detecting abnormal information of pressure vessel based on frequency discriminant feature extraction is proposed. Firstly, the abnormal sensing information in pressure vessel is sampled, and the nonlinear time series information flow is modeled. The time-frequency characteristic of abnormal information of pressure vessel is analyzed by ARMA model, and the signal detection is realized by combining the feature extraction of sensor frequency discrimination. The simulation results show that the accurate detection probability of the method is high.
