曲柄搖桿式載貨爬樓車的仿真分析與優(yōu)化設(shè)計

【摘要】:電動載貨爬樓車,可幫助操作人員輕松地實(shí)現(xiàn)重物安全快捷的上下樓梯,降低勞動強(qiáng)度。首先對曲柄搖桿式載貨爬樓車進(jìn)行方案分析,包括總體方案與爬樓裝置曲柄搖桿機(jī)構(gòu)的分析。然后基于Solid Works的motion與Simulation插件對曲柄搖桿式載貨爬樓車進(jìn)行運(yùn)動學(xué)、動力學(xué)仿真分析。對其進(jìn)行了爬樓過程中行走輪中心的軌跡分析、電機(jī)與減速器的參數(shù)分析、曲柄搖桿機(jī)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計。仿真得到了相關(guān)動力參數(shù)及優(yōu)化的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),仿真結(jié)果表明曲柄搖桿式載貨爬樓車方案可行且運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)。
[Abstract]:The electric truck can help the operator to realize the safe and fast stairs and reduce the labor intensity. Firstly, the paper analyzes the scheme of the crank rocker type truck. Then based on the motion and Simulation plug-in of Solid Works, the kinematics of the crank rocker truck is carried out. Dynamic simulation analysis. The trajectory analysis of walking wheel center, the parameter analysis of motor and reducer, the optimization design of crank and rocker mechanism are carried out. The dynamic parameters and optimized structural parameters are obtained by simulation. The simulation results show that the scheme of crank rocker truck is feasible and stable.
