包件分揀機(jī)的故障診斷與監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:隨著物流產(chǎn)業(yè)近幾年在國(guó)內(nèi)外的迅猛發(fā)展,對(duì)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程的工業(yè)信息化要求也越來(lái)越高。包件分揀機(jī)作為物流處理中心及中轉(zhuǎn)站的高度自動(dòng)化設(shè)備,承擔(dān)著包件在國(guó)內(nèi)及國(guó)際順利流通的重要任務(wù),在物流行業(yè)內(nèi)占據(jù)著極其重要的地位。因此其在生產(chǎn)中的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常與否直接影響著生產(chǎn)效率及物流包件的流通。為了應(yīng)對(duì)包件分揀機(jī)生產(chǎn)作業(yè)過(guò)程的突發(fā)性問(wèn)題,本文主要對(duì)其一些故障進(jìn)行了診斷分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)其上位監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究,實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控管理設(shè)備的運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)狀態(tài),使生產(chǎn)過(guò)程實(shí)現(xiàn)了信息化管理。 本文采用模塊化方法將包件分揀系統(tǒng)主機(jī)、上包機(jī)、格口、電源等模塊的硬件結(jié)構(gòu)、運(yùn)行狀態(tài)、可能出現(xiàn)的故障進(jìn)行分析,得到需要采集的各類(lèi)監(jiān)控信號(hào);接著分析了PLC作為下位機(jī)采集監(jiān)控信號(hào)時(shí)的通信方式,通過(guò)對(duì)PROFIBUS-DP,以太網(wǎng)及串口通信的比較,給出一套經(jīng)濟(jì)適用的包件分揀機(jī)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)通信方式組合;對(duì)于難于發(fā)現(xiàn)與分析的通信故障問(wèn)題,如PROFIBUS通信故障,功能塊編程FB125等診斷方式;最后對(duì)包件分揀機(jī)的上位監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究,其主要利用西門(mén)子組態(tài)軟件WINCC,采用圖形化顯示界面完成上位監(jiān)控的開(kāi)發(fā)與仿真。 本課題對(duì)于包件分揀機(jī)的故障診斷與監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的研究,可以有效的提高目前國(guó)內(nèi)物流中心分揀作業(yè)的信息化管理水平,具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義與實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of logistics industry at home and abroad in recent years , the demand for industrial informatization in the process of logistics industry is becoming more and more high . As the logistics processing center and the high automation equipment of the transfer station , it takes the most important role in the logistics industry . In order to deal with the sudden problem of the production operation process of the package sorting machine , this paper mainly makes a diagnosis analysis on some faults and makes a research on its upper monitoring system . In order to monitor the running data state of the management equipment in real time , the production process is managed . This paper analyzes the hardware structure , operation state and possible faults of the package sorting system host , the upper packer , the grid and the power supply module by using the modularization method , and then analyzes the communication mode when the PLC is used as the lower computer to acquire the monitoring signal , and then analyzes the communication failure problem such as PROFIBUS communication failure , function block programming FB125 and so on which is difficult to find and analyze . The research on the fault diagnosis and monitoring system of the bag sorting machine can effectively improve the information management level of the present domestic logistics center sorting operation , and has important guiding significance and practical value .
