【摘要】:針對某型閉環(huán)自調(diào)節(jié)調(diào)壓閥的調(diào)壓性能進(jìn)行研究,通過AMESim仿真平臺進(jìn)行建模分析,對調(diào)壓閥的調(diào)節(jié)特性建模并開展仿真分析,合理確定了調(diào)節(jié)器的各項(xiàng)參數(shù);根據(jù)仿真結(jié)果完成樣機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)與試制,并開展詳細(xì)的試驗(yàn)研究。仿真和試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:調(diào)壓閥具有較好的調(diào)壓性能,在入口高于調(diào)節(jié)壓力時,調(diào)壓閥能及時迅速作動,縮小流道,從而調(diào)節(jié)出口壓力低于設(shè)定值。研究內(nèi)容可為調(diào)壓閥的設(shè)計(jì)提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:For a certain type of closed-loop self regulating pressure regulating valve of the pressure regulating performance research, modeling and analysis through AMESim simulation platform, on the regulation of characteristic modeling of pressure valve and carry out simulation analysis, the reasonable parameters of the regulator is determined; according to the simulation results of the design and manufacture the prototype, and experimental research is carried out in detail. The simulation and test the results show that the pressure regulating valve has the better performance of the regulator, the entrance is higher than the pressure regulator, pressure regulating valve can quickly move, reduce channel, so as to adjust the outlet pressure below the set value. Provide a reference for design and research content of the pressure regulating valve.
