【摘要】:針對(duì)現(xiàn)有水泵性能測(cè)試曲線擬合算法單一、對(duì)水泵非穩(wěn)定性狀態(tài)不規(guī)則、馬鞍形等形狀數(shù)據(jù)擬合精度差、近似效果不理想甚至丟失真實(shí)試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)特性的現(xiàn)狀,通過比較水泵性能曲線的各種擬合方法,分析了不同擬合方法在水泵特性曲線擬合中的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),并針對(duì)特殊的水泵馬鞍形性能曲線,設(shè)計(jì)了分段最小二乘多項(xiàng)式擬合方法.為了保證分段擬合曲線的連續(xù)可導(dǎo)性,在分段最小二乘擬合曲線的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)各相鄰分段曲線的分段點(diǎn)采用插值擬合的方法進(jìn)行連接.最后通過試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,分別采用分段三階最小二乘擬合算法和五階最小二乘擬合算法對(duì)試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行擬合,并對(duì)擬合結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析.結(jié)果表明:采用分段最小二乘多項(xiàng)式的擬合方法對(duì)復(fù)雜特性曲線進(jìn)行擬合,可以提高擬合曲線的擬合精度,并保證了擬合曲線的連續(xù)性.
[Abstract]:In view of the existing pump performance test curve fitting algorithm is single, the pump instability state is irregular, the saddle shape data fitting accuracy is poor, the approximate effect is not ideal and even lost the real test data characteristics. By comparing various fitting methods of pump performance curve, the advantages and disadvantages of different fitting methods in water pump characteristic curve fitting are analyzed, and the special pump saddle performance curve is analyzed. The piecewise least square polynomial fitting method is designed. In order to ensure the continuous derivation of the piecewise fitting curve, the piecewise least square fitting curve is based on it. The piecewise points of each adjacent piecewise curve are connected by the method of interpolation fitting. Finally, the test is carried out. The experimental data were fitted by piecewise third-order least square fitting algorithm and five-order least square fitting algorithm respectively. The results show that the fitting accuracy of the fitting curve can be improved by using the piecewise least square polynomial fitting method to fit the complex characteristic curve. The continuity of fitting curve is ensured.
