【摘要】:軸系的質(zhì)量非均勻會(huì)導(dǎo)致縱橫振動(dòng)的耦合,結(jié)合導(dǎo)納綜合法與改進(jìn)的傳遞矩陣法,針對質(zhì)量偏心階梯梁-彈性基礎(chǔ)模型,提出了一種理論/實(shí)驗(yàn)混合計(jì)算方法。通過與有限元計(jì)算結(jié)果對比,驗(yàn)證了方法的正確性;考察了質(zhì)量偏心對系統(tǒng)響應(yīng)的影響。結(jié)果表明:在垂向激勵(lì)下,質(zhì)量偏心對系統(tǒng)的垂向位移響應(yīng)無影響,但是會(huì)使系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生縱向位移響應(yīng);由于縱向位移以eθ的形式被引入彎-縱耦合振動(dòng)方程,因此其頻率特征與垂向響應(yīng)一致,且其幅值與偏心程度成正比。
[Abstract]:The non-uniform mass of shafting will lead to the coupling of longitudinal and transverse vibration. Combined with the admittance synthesis method and the improved transfer matrix method, this paper aims at the mass eccentricity stepped beam-elastic foundation model. A theoretical / experimental hybrid calculation method is proposed, and the correctness of the method is verified by comparing with the results of finite element method. The effect of mass eccentricity on the response of the system is investigated. The results show that the mass eccentricity has no effect on the vertical displacement response of the system under vertical excitation, but it will make the system produce longitudinal displacement response. Because the longitudinal displacement is introduced into the bending-longitudinal coupling vibration equation in the form of e 胃, the frequency characteristic is consistent with the vertical response, and the amplitude is proportional to the eccentricity.
