42CrMo作為鋁屑沖擊破碎機(jī)甩刀替代材料的可行性研究

【摘要】:采用有限元軟件分析了42Cr Mo甩刀工況的應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變狀態(tài)。對(duì)42Cr Mo甩刀在4種不同熱處理工藝下的力學(xué)性能、金相組織進(jìn)行了分析。根據(jù)甩刀工況的磨損類型對(duì)其滑動(dòng)磨損和沖擊磨料磨損性能進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明,甩刀材料要求具有良好的綜合力學(xué)性能,其應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變最大區(qū)域均在甩刀與銷軸安裝孔內(nèi),理論上最大應(yīng)力為154MPa,最大變形為0.768 mm;經(jīng)過(guò)1100℃×30 min油淬+450℃×1 h回火+770℃×30 min油淬+200℃×1 h回火處理后,42Cr Mo的綜合力學(xué)性能最好,其硬度和沖擊韌性均約為進(jìn)口甩刀材料的93%;42Cr Mo的兩體滑動(dòng)磨損失量比進(jìn)口甩刀材料高約10%,沖擊磨料磨損失量比進(jìn)口甩刀材料高約15%。考慮到經(jīng)濟(jì)性,以上述工藝處理后的42Cr Mo能夠取代進(jìn)口甩刀材料。
[Abstract]:The stress and strain state of 42CrMo blade was analyzed by finite element software. The mechanical properties of 42CrMo knife under four different heat treatment processes were analyzed. The metallographic structure was analyzed and the sliding wear and impact abrasive wear properties were studied according to the wear types of the sling cutter. The results showed that the material required for the throwing knife had good comprehensive mechanical properties and its stress. The maximum strain area is in the mounting hole of the knife and pin shaft, the maximum stress is 154 MPA and the maximum deformation is 0.768 mm. After oil quenching at 1100 鈩,
