【摘要】:為解決傳統(tǒng)重采樣算法在滾動(dòng)軸承故障診斷中計(jì)算精度和計(jì)算效率方面的問(wèn)題,提出了一種基于轉(zhuǎn)速脈沖等分間隔的重采樣算法.首先,確定每個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)速脈沖上升沿的時(shí)間坐標(biāo)及其對(duì)應(yīng)的故障軸承信號(hào)幅值.其次,均分每個(gè)相鄰脈沖間的時(shí)間間隔,獲取均分時(shí)間坐標(biāo)并利用上述均分時(shí)標(biāo)對(duì)故障軸承信號(hào)進(jìn)行插值以獲取相應(yīng)的故障軸承信號(hào)幅值.最后,將每個(gè)相鄰脈沖間的時(shí)間點(diǎn)及幅值點(diǎn)按順序排序,進(jìn)一步將時(shí)間坐標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)換成角域坐標(biāo)從而得到故障軸承的重采樣信號(hào).對(duì)升速及降速下故障軸承信號(hào)的處理結(jié)果顯示所提算法可以有效地應(yīng)用于變轉(zhuǎn)速條件下的滾動(dòng)軸承故障診斷.此外,利用傳統(tǒng)的計(jì)算階比分析方法對(duì)上述實(shí)驗(yàn)信號(hào)進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)比結(jié)果表明所提算法可在更短的時(shí)間內(nèi)獲得精度更高的結(jié)果.
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of accuracy and efficiency of traditional resampling algorithm in fault diagnosis of rolling bearing, a resampling algorithm based on rotational speed pulse equalization interval is proposed. The time coordinates of the rising edge of each rotating speed pulse and the corresponding amplitude of the fault bearing signal are determined. Secondly, the time interval between each adjacent pulse is equally divided. The mean time coordinate is obtained and the fault bearing signal is interpolated by the mean time scale. Finally, the time points and amplitudes of each adjacent pulse are sorted in order. The resampling signal of the fault bearing is obtained by converting the time coordinate to the angular domain coordinate. The processing results of the signal of the fault bearing under the rising and falling speed show that the proposed algorithm can be effectively applied to the rolling under the condition of variable rotational speed. Dynamic bearing fault diagnosis. In addition. The traditional order analysis method is used to analyze the above experimental signals. The comparison results show that the proposed algorithm can obtain more accurate results in a shorter time.
