【摘要】:根據(jù)旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械中常見(jiàn)的篦齒密封結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)直通型和臺(tái)階型2組篦齒密封實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)P?實(shí)驗(yàn)研究篦齒密封的封嚴(yán)特性。通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)和數(shù)值方法比較不同進(jìn)出口壓比和節(jié)流間隙下2組篦齒密封的封嚴(yán)特性,研究臺(tái)階篦齒與襯套軸向相對(duì)位置對(duì)封嚴(yán)特性的影響,探究篦齒內(nèi)部沿程壓力分布情況。研究結(jié)果表明:在密封長(zhǎng)度相同的條件下,臺(tái)階齒泄漏系數(shù)比直通齒降低了約45%;臺(tái)階齒對(duì)節(jié)流間隙變化的敏感性要低于直通齒,表明臺(tái)階型篦齒性能穩(wěn)定性優(yōu)于直通齒;低壓比時(shí)泄漏量受臺(tái)階篦齒與襯套軸向相對(duì)位置的影響很小;在文中條件下當(dāng)齒尖位于襯套臺(tái)階中心位置時(shí),篦齒密封的泄漏量最大;直通型和臺(tái)階型篦齒沿程壓力系數(shù)的分布基本相同,都近似線性降低;與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果不同,數(shù)值計(jì)算結(jié)果表明臺(tái)階齒在齒尖處存在壓力突降,而在齒腔中存在一個(gè)壓力突峰。
[Abstract]:According to the common labyrinth seal structure in the rotating machinery, the experimental model of 2 groups of labyrinth seal is designed, and the sealing characteristics of the labyrinth seal are studied experimentally. The sealing characteristics of 2 groups of labyrinth seals under different inlet and outlet pressure ratios and throttling gaps are compared by experimental and numerical methods. The influence of axial relative positions of stepped grates and bushings on sealing characteristics is studied, and the pressure distribution inside labyrinth is explored. The results show that: in the same conditions of sealing length, step tooth leakage coefficient was reduced by 45% compared with straight tooth; tooth gap change of throttle sensitivity level is lower than the straight tooth, show that the step type stability performance is better than that of straight tooth tooth comb; low voltage than when leakage affected by the relative position and the axial step labyrinth bushing very small; in the condition when the tip is located in the center position when Bush steps, labyrinth seal leakage; through distribution type and step type labyrinth pressure coefficient is basically the same, linearly decreased; and different experimental results, the numerical results show that the pressure drop in the existing step gear tooth tip but, there is a pressure in the cavity in the peaks.
