【摘要】：十八屆三中全會給出了我國未來改革的路線圖,在未來的改革中突出強(qiáng)調(diào)了市場的作用;地方政府在新的改革路線圖下,應(yīng)當(dāng)如何作為,我們認(rèn)為,培育強(qiáng)企業(yè)是地方政府的重要任務(wù),也是判斷區(qū)域改革是否成功的重要標(biāo)志。本文分析了江蘇省強(qiáng)企業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,提出要發(fā)展強(qiáng)企業(yè),混合所有制是制度保障,而產(chǎn)融結(jié)合是培育強(qiáng)企業(yè)的道路,同時根據(jù)國際經(jīng)驗給出了發(fā)展混合所有制和促進(jìn)產(chǎn)融結(jié)合的政策建議。
[Abstract]:The Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee gave the road map of future reform in China, and highlighted the role of market in the future reform;Under the new road map of reform, the local government should do what to do, we believe that the cultivation of strong enterprises is the important task of the local government and also the important sign of judging the success of regional reform. This paper analyzes the development status of strong enterprises in Jiangsu Province, puts forward to develop strong enterprises, mixed ownership is the system guarantee, and the combination of production and financing is the road to cultivate strong enterprises, at the same time, according to the international experience, gives the policy suggestions for developing mixed ownership and promoting the combination of production and financing.
