【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)，我國(guó)大量的吸收外商直接投資，尤其是廣東等沿海省份，外商直接投資不僅在推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中扮演著重要的角色，還在推產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)方面起到積極的作用。珠三角作為廣東省甚至全國(guó)重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展區(qū)域，一直是吸收和利用各國(guó)外商直接投資的重點(diǎn)區(qū)域。如何更有效率的利用外商直接投資以優(yōu)化珠三角地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，使其更好的發(fā)揮對(duì)珠三角經(jīng)濟(jì)的推動(dòng)作用已經(jīng)非常關(guān)鍵。 論文的第一章為緒論部分，主要介紹本文選題的背景及意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀，本文的基本內(nèi)容及研究方法。第二章為理論綜述，對(duì)外商直接投資和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行闡述。第三章，主要對(duì)珠三角的外商直接投資和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析。第四章，對(duì)外商直接投資和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究，實(shí)證分析的方法主要采用了灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析的方法計(jì)算外商直接投資與各產(chǎn)業(yè)之間關(guān)聯(lián)度，，分析主要從時(shí)間和區(qū)域兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行，在分析地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)時(shí)，借助了Shift—Share模型。最后一章，根據(jù)前面理論和實(shí)證分析出的結(jié)論提出珠三角利用外商直接投資促進(jìn)本地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的政策建議。 本文最后的研究結(jié)論為：外商直接投資對(duì)三次產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化有一定的積極作用，促進(jìn)了珠三角地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化升級(jí)。但外商直接投資在產(chǎn)業(yè)和區(qū)域間的分布不均會(huì)加大三次業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的差異性，所以要合理調(diào)整外商直接投資的投資方向，以便更好的優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China has absorbed a large number of foreign direct investment, especially in Guangdong and other coastal provinces. Foreign direct investment not only plays an important role in promoting economic development, but also plays an active role in promoting the upgrading of industrial structure. As an important economic development area in Guangdong Province and even in China, the Pearl River Delta has always been a key area for absorbing and utilizing foreign direct investment in various countries. How to make more efficient use of foreign direct investment to optimize the industrial structure of the Pearl River Delta region and make it play a better role in promoting the economy of the Pearl River Delta region has become very important. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly introduces the background and significance of this topic, the research status at home and abroad, the basic content and research methods of this paper. The second chapter is a theoretical review, which expounds the theoretical basis of foreign direct investment and industrial structure. The third chapter mainly analyzes the current situation of foreign direct investment and industrial structure in the Pearl River Delta. The fourth chapter makes an empirical study on the relationship between foreign direct investment and industrial structure. The method of empirical analysis mainly uses the method of grey correlation analysis to calculate the correlation degree between foreign direct investment and various industries. The analysis is mainly carried out from two aspects of time and region. With the help of Shift-Share model, the industrial structure of the region is analyzed. In the last chapter, according to the conclusions of the previous theoretical and empirical analysis, this paper puts forward the policy suggestions of using foreign direct investment to promote the adjustment of industrial structure in the Pearl River Delta. At the end of this paper, the conclusion is that foreign direct investment plays a positive role in the optimization of the three industrial structures and promotes the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure in the Pearl River Delta region. However, the uneven distribution of foreign direct investment between industries and regions will increase the difference of the structure of the three industries, so it is necessary to reasonably adjust the investment direction of foreign direct investment in order to better optimize the industrial structure.
