【摘要】：本文分析了新常態(tài)下我國產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)面臨的企業(yè)創(chuàng)新動(dòng)力不足、創(chuàng)新能力不夠、創(chuàng)新環(huán)境不完善、創(chuàng)新策略不優(yōu)等瓶頸。研究指出,未來需進(jìn)一步加速企業(yè)創(chuàng)新促進(jìn)我國產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí),具體包括:培育社會(huì)"大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新"氛圍,完善普惠性創(chuàng)新政策激勵(lì),強(qiáng)化企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的市場導(dǎo)向機(jī)制,鼓勵(lì)開放式創(chuàng)新,加強(qiáng)創(chuàng)新人才的培育及引進(jìn)等。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the bottlenecks of the industrial upgrading in China under the new normal, such as insufficient innovation power, insufficient innovation ability, imperfect innovation environment and poor innovation strategy. It is pointed out that in the future, enterprises' innovation should be further accelerated to promote industrial upgrading in China, including: fostering social atmosphere of "mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation", perfecting policy incentives for inclusive innovation, and strengthening the market-oriented mechanism of enterprise innovation. Encourage open innovation, strengthen the cultivation and introduction of innovative talents.
