川渝地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)同構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀研究

【摘要】：川渝地區(qū)作為我國西部大開發(fā)的重點(diǎn)戰(zhàn)略區(qū)域，其產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展一直受到學(xué)術(shù)界及各級(jí)政府的關(guān)注，尤其是2011年國家建立成渝經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)以后，如何發(fā)展成渝經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)，引領(lǐng)西部大開發(fā)再一次引起了人們的重視。 關(guān)于川渝地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)有研究，大部分是基于各省規(guī)劃以及三次產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的層面，一部分學(xué)者認(rèn)為該地區(qū)存在著產(chǎn)業(yè)同構(gòu)現(xiàn)象，，并根據(jù)此結(jié)論提出一系列發(fā)展對策。然而，產(chǎn)業(yè)同構(gòu)不能僅僅界定在各地區(qū)三次產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)之間，還應(yīng)該深入到第二產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)部，研究第二產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)部各行業(yè)在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)方面是否存在同構(gòu)現(xiàn)象。如果各地區(qū)只是在三次產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)層面呈現(xiàn)一定的相似，而第二產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)呈現(xiàn)出較為明顯的差異，這樣該地區(qū)在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)方面并認(rèn)為具有產(chǎn)業(yè)同構(gòu)的現(xiàn)象。 因此，研究川渝地區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀，特別是在研究其產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)是否具有同構(gòu)現(xiàn)象時(shí)，不能僅僅停留在三次產(chǎn)業(yè)的層面進(jìn)行分析，更應(yīng)該深入到工業(yè)內(nèi)部行業(yè)、制造業(yè)內(nèi)部行業(yè)及工業(yè)產(chǎn)品等層面進(jìn)行深入探討。本文按我國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)業(yè)分類法，以《中國統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒》、《中國工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒》、《四川統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒》、《重慶統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒》及其他相關(guān)統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ)，從工業(yè)行業(yè)內(nèi)部著手，通過計(jì)算近15年來的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)相似性系數(shù)，探究川渝地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)是否存在同構(gòu)現(xiàn)象，并結(jié)合區(qū)域發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀有針對性地提出對策建議。 本文在汲取前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上，對產(chǎn)業(yè)同構(gòu)產(chǎn)生的原因、合意性的測度進(jìn)行了總結(jié)，并且對川渝地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演進(jìn)態(tài)勢，產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的基本狀況，以及工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)37個(gè)工業(yè)行業(yè)進(jìn)行了分析，找出了川渝地區(qū)的優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)，并對川渝地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)同構(gòu)及其合意性進(jìn)行了判斷。 在實(shí)證分析與對比分析的基礎(chǔ)上，本文認(rèn)為目前川渝地區(qū)工業(yè)行業(yè)的結(jié)構(gòu)同構(gòu)程度較低，存在的產(chǎn)業(yè)同構(gòu)也屬于合意性同構(gòu)。川渝地區(qū)應(yīng)該在各自發(fā)展條件與現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，在市場經(jīng)濟(jì)作用下，發(fā)展自身具有比較優(yōu)勢的產(chǎn)業(yè)，促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)�；�，加強(qiáng)川渝地區(qū)的分工與合作，以加快區(qū)域一體化的形成。
[Abstract]:As a key strategic region in the development of western China, Sichuan and Chongqing regions have been concerned by academic circles and governments at all levels, especially after the establishment of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone in 2011, how to develop into Chongqing Economic Zone. Leading the development of the western region has once again aroused people's attention. Most of the existing researches on the industrial structure of Sichuan and Chongqing areas are based on the planning of provinces and the level of tertiary industrial structure. Some scholars believe that there exists the phenomenon of industrial isomorphism in this area and put forward a series of development countermeasures based on this conclusion. However, the industrial isomorphism should not only be defined between the three industrial structures in different regions, but also go deep into the secondary industry, and study whether there is isomorphism in the industrial structure of each industry within the secondary industry. If each region only presents certain similarity in three industrial structure levels, and the internal structure of the secondary industry presents more obvious difference, then the region has the phenomenon of industrial isomorphism in the aspect of industrial structure. Therefore, when studying the present situation of the industrial structure in Sichuan and Chongqing, especially when studying whether its industrial structure has isomorphism, it should not only stop at the level of three industries to analyze, but also go deep into the industry inside. Internal manufacturing industry and industrial products and other levels of in-depth discussion. According to the standard industrial classification of China, this paper bases on the relevant data of China Statistical Yearbook, China Industrial Economic Statistics Yearbook, Sichuan Statistical Yearbook, Chongqing Statistical Yearbook and other related statistical yearbooks. By calculating the similarity coefficient of industrial structure in the past 15 years, this paper probes into whether there is isomorphism in the industrial structure of Sichuan and Chongqing, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions according to the present situation of regional development. On the basis of the previous research results, this paper summarizes the causes of industrial isomorphism, the measurement of consensus, and the evolution of industrial structure in Sichuan and Chongqing, and the basic situation of industrial structure. The paper also analyzes 37 industrial industries in the industrial industry, finds out the superior industries in Sichuan and Chongqing, and judges the industry isomorphism and its agreement in Sichuan and Chongqing. On the basis of empirical analysis and comparative analysis, this paper holds that the degree of structural isomorphism of industrial industries in Sichuan and Chongqing areas is low, and the existing industrial isomorphism is also synonymous isomorphism. On the basis of their respective development conditions and current situation, Sichuan and Chongqing regions should develop their own industries with comparative advantages, promote industrial scale, strengthen the division of labor and cooperation in Sichuan and Chongqing areas, and accelerate the formation of regional integration under the action of market economy.
